Goed en we komen zeker terug, maar vooral voor de locatie en het aardige personeel

De locatie en het vriendelijke en hulpvaardige personeel.

Cons:

Er was geen deur of gordijn voor de douche en mogelijk zijn de matrassen aan vervanging toe. De kamers zijn ook wel gehorig.

High standing comfortable hotel with professional service.
Pros:

Room was large with plenty of windows. Good bed. Nice bathroom. Everything clean. Good breakfast with large variety of breads and garnitures. Restaurant has good choice of meals and service is excellent. Hotel is in a quiet area and has a large parking.

Cons:

2 small improvements for breakfast suggested: the orange juice coming from a distributor tasted a bit artificial. No possibility to cook eggs at your will.

Schön gelegendes Hotel nahe dem Strand
Pros:

Schönes helles Hotel mit Restaurant in der Nähe des Strandes.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und hell. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich.
Parkplätz war kostenlos und beim Hotel.
Sehr ruhige Lage.
Lustig: Distanz zum Strand gem. Bookingcom 600m , dies stimmt! Jedoch bis zum Meer 1400 meter bei Eppe :) Schmunzle immer noch.

Cons:

Das Peronal am Empfang könnte freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Musste alles erfragen oder und man hatte den Eindruck dass sie gleichgültig ihre Arbeit nachgingen. E-Bike Reservation am Vortag klppte nicht, mussten nochmals alles angeben. Wir habe ca. 20 Hotel in 3 Wochen bereist. Waren etwas überrascht, dass wir in einigen Hotel die Ma am Enpfang eher gleichgültig empfunden haben.

Het eten ( gamba”s) was slecht opgediend. Geen waterbakje om je vingers af te doen.

Diesmal leider enttäuschend

Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Es war unser 3. Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Leider gab es diesmal einiges was zu bemängeln war. Wir haben über booking gebucht, 2 Nächte für zwei Personen, 450€. Leider war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis eine Katastrophe. Unser Zimmer war mit einer Abstellkammer zu vergleichen, dunkel, klein und leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Wir haben uns freundlich a das Personal gewandt und das Problem geschildert, leider war die Dame sehr unfreundlich und ihre Vorgesetzte zu “busy”, um mit uns zu sprechen. Sie bot uns ein neues Zimmer für einen Aufpreis an. Aber wir haben es nicht eingesehen noch mehr zu zahlen, da wir im Nachhinein deutlich günstigere Angebote mit “besseren” Zimmern ( Suite) gefunden haben.

Nachdem wir dann nochmal zur Rezeption sind und die Dame am Empfang gebeten haben, mit aufs Zimmer zu kommen, um ihr die Punkte zu zeigen, die uns stören, kam sie mit und gab uns dann letztendlich doch ein neues Zimmer.

Das neue Zimmer war besser allerdings auch kein 4 Sterne Standard, leider. Das Hotel muss dringend renovieren und einiges erneuern. Sehr Schade! Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, weil wir vor ein paar Jahren schon mal dort waren, allerdings ist seitdem auch nichts mehr verändert oder erneuert worden.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa e pulita, ampio bagno. Presente ristorante in struttura e nelle adiacenze, posizione ottima vicino alla spiaggia. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente le bici in un deposito coperto che viene chiuso a chiave durante la notte.

Do not book the extremely small so called “comfort” rooms in this hotel.
Pros:

The Hotel itself is in a Good Location, near the dunes and the beaches. The restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

I booked a “comfort room”, which could only be reached by a steep staircase and no elevator. The room was supposedly 19 sq. Meters, but really was 12, the bathroom at most 2,5 meters. The bed was sagging, and very uncomfortable, I slept badly. With a small suitcase, there was barely room to move around the bed. The coffee machine screwed up the capsules, apparently broken. The shower leaked, creating a big puddle all around it. No proper night tables, no desk or chair.
And all that for an extraordinary high price. I asked for an upgrade, but was told the hotel was full and no upgrade available, not even with extra payment.

Cons:

wenn man in einem Zimmer ohne Balkon Übernachtet denn muss mann über eine sehr Steile Treppe
dein Koffer nach oben bringen.
Gefährlich und schwierig und da wird keine hilfe angeboten.

Geräumiges komfortables Hotel in guter Lage mit fehlendem Service

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, gute Lage, sehr sauber, gute große Fahrradeinstellbox

Cons:

Service ist quasi nicht vorhanden, um 16.30h war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, man musste erst anrufen, am frühen Abend dasselbe, das Frühstück war Standard, mehr nicht. Auch hier wieder wenig bis kaum Personal
