Great central location but nice and quiet. Comfortable if a smaller room.
Quite expensive. Breakfast finishes too early on the weekend. Anyway there's a pub across the road that does a good breakfast until 12 and is much cheaper.

Doors closing numerous times from 6pm, when we came out of the room at 8 for breakfast all the cleaning stuff outside so can only assume the cleaners were back and forth. Should be advised beforehand as this is the 2nd time staying and ending up in the basement with the same issue early in the morning!! Also no veggie option for breakfast as in veggie sausages would have been nice.

We came to Cardiff for the Metallica concert, the stadium was only up the road and restaurants and shops were only a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is right next to the Central train station too so a perfect location for a city trip. The rooms were clean, a little on the small side, but had everything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful 😊
The room was a little small, not a lot of floor space (especially when we had 1 large and 2 small suitcases) and you can’t walk around one side of the bed.
The air con wasn’t working during our stay but they did have people there fixing it. They did give us a fan though.
An extra shelf in the bathroom would be really useful for toiletries.

The hotel was so nice was just what was needed after travelling for 4 hours
The staff at night were rude and unhelpful as to when speaking to the staff during the day the aircon broke which said they’ll have someone look into it while we were out but once staff at night questioned they didn’t know and accused us of lying about it being broke.
