Pros:

Only 2mins walk to central station. Excellent location. Comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

our room is located at the half stairs. We need to carry luggage after stepping out of the lift.

I'd stay as a solo traveller but would skip breakfast,
Pros:

Clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location next to the train station without any noise from trains or nightlife,

Late checkout

Cons:

Small for two people and the price.
No sockets near beds

The breakfast was shockingly poor. Limited choice bearing little relation to the displayed poster.
Only rubbery scrambled eggs available, bacon inedible same as hashbrowns which were rock hard.
I was embarassed that the German and American diners would think this was a typical Welsh breakfast.
Our complaint at checkout was met with a 'sorry about that'

Great Location
Pros:

Perfect location for Cardiff City Centre. Clean and comfortable, will stay here again.

not enough attention to detail . The staff appear somewhat dismissive

my bedroom was not cleaned for 3 days, and they refused to do clean it even after i requested
my bathroom sink was leaking all throughout my stay
when i reported nothing was done to fix it !

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Location was great comfortable bed staff were great

Cons:

its fine for a one or two night stay as lack of storage space
Also why have a glass door on the bathroom ,when the light is pur on the whole bedroom lights up waking the other person finally the reception on the TV left a lot to be desired kept buffering

A very good hotel in good place!
Pros:

This hotel is in a good area being by.the railway station and also very short walk into the city for pubs, restaurants, shops and Cardiff Castle!! Great for exploring the city!

Cons:

Near the lift so occasionally heard the door banging when people came in! Otherwise was quiet!!

The room was small- no dead cats allowed as you couldn't fit them in, let alone swing one!

Needs massive overhaul for the extortionate prices there charging for the rooms

Looks run down dirty my room was filthy the floor in my room look like it done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson and the light outside in there yard kept flashing all night keeping me awake the air con unit banged that hard every time I put it on thought it was gunna shake itself off the wall
