The lady on the front desk

Cons:

The room was awful, unclean, the toilet deat didnt fit the pan, the door handle fell off.
There were stains up the walls and hairs everywhere

A great little hotel, clean and welcoming. We didn’t make the most of it due to our itinerary but would definitely retur
Pros:

A very good position for an event at the Tottenham Stadium. Welcoming staff and very clean. Parking right outside too. The outdoor seating in the garden looked lovely. One of my party lost their purse which was found and returned after we came home.

Cons:

No aircon in the room but it was exceptionally hot generally when we stayed in July. Perhaps we should have asked for a fan.

Pros:

Theres no AC despite me calling before to ask and my hotel room wasnt cleaned before moved in because i saw a used condom in the bin and a bunch of empty bottles in the container in the shower

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff nice

Cons:

Tiny room all the way up so many stairs which were very steep.
Tiny fan for such a hot day. 1 towel to share between 2. Felt like we were sleeping in someone's spare room. Had breakfast next morning with couple of cokes, apple juice and coffee and charged £37!!!! Not worth it

Cons:

We booked 2 nights stay but we checked out the next day.
1st - the room floor is dirty, they don't even clean it.
2nd - the toilet/bathroom is very small. The sink is tiny, when we used it, all the water splashing out. The shower room, the water going down is very slow, it's make the shower room flooded.
3rd - When we booked, it's said that the room come with air conditioner but is not. We requested a fan, they bring us a tiny fan and it's not working proper.
4th - Very loud noise from upstairs after midnight ( walking up and down)
Very disappointed. Is not cheap at all. Not worth for money.

Great location for events. And very attentive staff
Pros:

Friendly staff throughout our stay. Couldn't do enough for us when we were around. Great location to get to the Tottenham stadium and far enough away that once your out the main stadium vicinity a quick taxi ride gets you back

Cons:

Had messaged the week before to ask if we could arrive early (around 11am ) was told that was fine. We didnt arrive until 12 but room wasnt ready and had to be cleaned before we could go in.

Pros:

Very impressed with this hotel, a very good price and close to tottenham stadium where we were going for a concert the lady even took photos of us before we went, very helpful and a nice clean room.
