Buena ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicacion y el personal del restaurant son excelentes . El desayuno muy rico y abundante .

Cons:

No nos gusto que publicitan una botella de vino de bienvenida y es mentira , la cobran y cuando dijimos y mostramos en recepcion que nuestra estadia lo incluia dijeron que consultaron y no era correcto lo que booking publicitaba .

Condiciones mejorables pese a la buena ubicación
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, al lado del mercado.

Cons:

El suelo estaba lleno de arena y no nos pudimos duchar porque, además de tener que esperar 5 minutos para el agua caliente, salía como arena por las tuberias.

Dining room and bar are not great. Bar was closed and restaurant didn’t have everything on the menu so we decided to eat somewhere else.

Emplazamiento. Decoracion Personal sumamente amable.

Cons:

No hay wifi en las habitaciones. Solo en zona comunes . No hay climatización Ventanas pequeñas ruidosas Poca luxa . Las habitaciones no tienen apenas luz artificial. Baños bastante abandonados

Pros:

Extrem gute Lage, direkt am sonntäglichen Markt. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich nett und man konnte sehr gut parken.

Liebevoll renoviertes Hotel mit historischem Flair
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Chichicastenango. Es ist ein ehemaliges, sehr schön renoviertes Kloster. Im Zimmer gibt es viel Holz und es traf unseren Geschmack. Auch der Innenhof ist bis ins kleinste Detail renoviert worden. Überall gibt es Blumen. Sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Es wird ohne Nachfrage ein Stadtplan zur Verfügung gestellt, wo die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt werden. Ideale Lage, um den Markt zu besuchen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen und empfehlen jedem, hier zu übernachten und nicht nur für ein paar Stunden in diese Stadt zu kommen und dann wieder abzureisen.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war eine Katastrophe! Total unprofessionelle Bedienung, schlechtes Essen. Dasselbe beim Frühstück. Schade, denn es gäbe hier viel Potential.

Una estancia en el pasado
Pros:

Te alojas en un museo. Las habitaciones están decoradas con muebles de la época colonial, Un servicio impecable. Además puedes pedir que enciendan la chimenea de leña en la habitación. Recepción muy eficiente, nos organizaron muy bien el transporte a Quetaltenango.
