Infraestructura deteriorada atención del personal excelente

La atención del personal es 10/10 la ubicación precisa.

Cons:

Es la 3ra o 4ta vez que me hospedo en el hotel, las veces anteriores todo estuvo perfecto pero esta vez hubo varias cosas en cuantos. Infraestructura que no me gustó para nada:

1 anteriormente la piscina contaba con calefacción, lo que ayuda a que por más que el hotel no se encontraba en una zona “tan cálida” se pudiera usar pero esta vez el agua permanecía helada y no se podía usar, en las 4 días que estuvimos solo un par de personas más usaron la piscina por un periodo muy corto, para ello hubiera mejor contratado un hotel sin piscina mucho más económico.

2. El desayuno anteriormente tenía una mayor variedad, varios tipos de huevos, más fruta panes y preparaciones variadas, en esta ocasión solo encontramos 1 tipo de huevos, solo 1 día tuvo calentado, pan, arepa, jugos y quesos y fruta, siento que le han bajado un montón a la calidad desde nuestra última visita, no considero volver a hospedarme nuevamente.

3. El aire acondicionado súper viejo y deteriorado, el control no funcionaba a veces.

Pros:

Good breakfast...great restaurant...wonderful staff..
Quiet area...very safe..not much of a walking area..you have to tsxi everywhere ..comfortable beds...rooms large with balcone

Pool very cold...no longer heated...steam room needs an upgrade not very hot..shuts off quicly...jacuzzi not very hot
