Serene peace of paradise in Sanur.
Pros:

Beautiful room beautifully maintained gardens. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Charming villa stay
Pros:

Lovely gardens and cute little village type accomodation. Big room with hot shower. Facilities are kept clean. Restaurant food was good. We had an enjoyable stay.

Bed a little firm for my liking but still ok.

A lovely one night stay prior to flying out next morning.
Pros:

This is our second stay here in the same holiday. We loved it the first time and we’re very happy to return. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. They helped us with both a medical emergency and our taxi not showing up to take us to the airport. Very happy with their service.

Déçu car pas conforme aux photos
Pros:

La chambre était propre et la cuisine était bonne. Le restaurant est à côté de l’hôtel et nous y mangeons très bien (pareil pour le petit déjeuner).

Cons:

Nous avons été déçu lors de notre arrivée car les chambres n’étaient pas conformes aux photos. Les chambres ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement ou sinon de changer les photos sur Booking pour que cela ne trompe pas le client. (Nous avons été dans les chambres Deluxe et pas dans les cottages)

Ich würde nicht noch mal buchen.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich ganz schön.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer, das nicht günstig gewesen ist, hatte am Balkon nach 2 m direkt eine Mauer, auf die man geguckt hat. Zudem macht das Hotel einen in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck, ist abgewohnt, altbacken und ist durchaus renovierungsbedürftig, mein Zimmer insbesondere! Lassen sie sich von den Hochglazbildern des Hotels noch täuschen, da war ein guter Fotograf und ein gutes Fotoprogramm im Einsatz.

Zudem handelt es sich noch um ein klassisches Hotel, denn so ein wenig die Moderne fehlt, auch, was so den Service und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeht.

Ihana henkilökunta. Meillä oli kahden makuuhuoneen villa omalla altaalla ja se oli hyvä. Oma portti villan pihalle, joka oli todella yksityinen.

Bookingin ilmoituksessa oli 20 % alennus ruuasta ja juomista, mutta se oli vain yhdestä ruokailusta.

Really enjoyed our stay and was exciting walking through the streets nearby to get the feel of the locals and the resort

Some facilities had closed (coffee shop), dining had been relocated to restaurant on property. Getting a little older, sad that owners may let this place go (to deteriorate but hopefully not) in time.

Beautiful gardens will meandering paths comfortable rooms and the a great day spa with the best massages in Bali!

The entire setting is stunning. I love gardens and this place has beautiful gardens with meandering paths to the villas which are well maintained and comfortable. The aesthetic and design is well thought out and has a cosy, homely (meaning not cold and modern) feel. We had the best massage so far in Bali here. The day spa area is also stunning!
