Cons:

L’affollamento nell’area della piscina termale a causa dell’ingresso di clienti esterni oltre all’elevato numeri di ospiti ad agosto; SPA a pagamento; bassa qualità riposo/sonno per mancanza di un minimo di insonorizzazione (ad es. sosta governanti che parlano ad alta voce alle 7 del mattino davanti la camera); bagno camera superior con cestino rotto (segnalato e non sostituito) e asciugacapelli di vecchia generazione e bassissima potenza. In un 4 stelle servizi, dettagli e cura del cliente fanno la differenza.

Un week end a Bagno di Romagna
Pros:

Nel complesso confortevole e pulito. Bella posizione, ampio parcheggio. Colazione varia con opzioni vegane.

Cons:

La struttura è un po' datata e gli arredi abbastanza pacchiani. Nella camera un po' di odore di stantio. Piscina affollata e ospiti rumorosi.
