Pros:

I live for football so the whole place is amazing for me. Food was lovely, drinks reasonably priced and rooms are immaculate. Staff are lovely too.

An enjoyable experience.
Pros:

Staff very friendly. Lovely location and the food was excellent.

Cons:

The sink and the taps in the bathroom are awful. Looks over substance. The shower door again awful when you are trying to close it. The coffee in the hotel was not to our taste. Small things but we are 71.

Was okay for 1 night could be more child friendly

No robes in room
No water in mini bar
Had room service food wasn’t that good

Venue stunning, rooms excellent, restaurant lets it down in a big way
Pros:

The room and facilities were excellent

Cons:

The restaurant, the open cold buffet breakfast was full of flies around the cereal bread and especially the coffee machines - the actual coffee was un-drinkable

Wonderful stay for a 30th birthday
Pros:

We stayed to celebrate my fiancés 30th birthday and had a lovely experience. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and made us feel welcome from when we arrived.
We were treated so well throughout our stay, and all the little touches made the occasion feel even more special. The hotel was beautiful, and we had a lovely time.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like - we honestly couldn’t find a fault. We were not disappointed from arrival to leaving, it exceeded our expectations.

The location was lovely

Cons:

Was impressed with the food and the bar area there was only 1 table you could seat at which people had finished a while before we sat down and all the glasses and plates were still sitting there. Staff walked passed and didn't clear it until I asked if they could clear the table. Food in the morning wasn't great anything bakery wise was dry and could see it was from the day before.
