Nice location, clean, lovely staff, bed let it down
Pros:

The hotel is lovely clean and staff are amazing

Cons:

There was a food tray left outside of the room door next to us that was there from our arrival until the following morning, the bathroom speaker was broken, and the bed was SO creaky and loud it was impossible to move without making a racket and feel like you’re waking everyone up!

Amazing hotel staff very friendly and accommodating
Pros:

Very clean and spacious! rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and the choice of a bath or shower, staff very welcoming and accommodating, the breakfast was lovely all fresh and loads of different choices

Cons:

The price for the room for one night was slightly steep £183 for family of 4 then £48 for breakfast on top for all 4 of us I thought breakfast was included in the room price until we checked in and found out it wasn’t

Pros:

Everything was great, the room was fantastic, staff were really helpful and there were even some free drinks and snacks with the room. There was also a chance for my son to reserve to play on a football pitch.

Arrived late at night and left early. The hotel was clean, quiet.

We are coming back to stay for sure! 🤩
Pros:

We stayed for my daughter’s 10th birthday, EVERY staff member went above and beyond for her making it extra special. Our room was spacious and clean, and the grounds for this hotel are beautiful and well kept. Not to forget the new ice baths! Massive bonus as it was a new experience for me! It really was a pleasure to have stayed and we will be booking again for sure.
