Tesiste çalışan arkadaşlar dan müşteri hizmetleri temsilcisi David bey e çok teşekkür ederiz kendisi çok ilgili ve işini takip eden bir kişiydi.
Restorant çalışanı Gülçin hanım ın her koşulda güler yüzlülüğünü hiç kaybetmeden misafirlerle ilgili oluşu ve çalışkanlığı ekstra dikkat çekiyordu.
Ama genelde her şey çok olumlu idi.
Tam bir fiyat performans oteli diye biliriz.

The place may be decent but the staff don't care and the food is horrible.
Pros:

The rooms were decent, the water slides are a good feature. The beach club with the swim up platform is pretty fun. Starbucks and slushies are included.

Cons:

The restaurant had no ventilation, it was full of smoke every dining time. The food was really bad. We've never stayed at an all inclusive place and were starving - the apples at the buffet had fungus, the bread was damp, the taste of food overall is horrible. We ordered the pasta neapolitan - it was dripping with oil. Children walking through the buffet and dipping their fingers in the yoghurt! We see the chefs constantly on their cellphones, the waiters are not bothered - we're a family of 5, they give 3 glasses for water. Staff are smoking while on duty, right where the restaurants are in front of guests. We opted to eat out instead despite it being all inclusive as we were starving. In the rooms, 1 bathroom had 2 shampoos attached to the wall, the other bathroom had 2 conditioners! No one cares, managers sitting around and socialising instead of making sure the resort is running to a certain standard.

Great place to stay as great value for money.
Pros:

Great location with a very nice pool and plenty of food.

Cons:

Not enough seating in restaurant and the restaurant chairs and tables need to be replaced as old.

Benim yorumum tesise değil size… tesisteki müdür yardımcısı murat bey ve lobby şefi kamer bey hariç herkes gayet iyiydi. Ama siz bize bu güne kadar yaşamadığımız kadar olumsuz bir deneyim yaşattınız. 2+1 oda parasına 3 adet oda rezervasyonu yapıp, kendi sisteminizde bunu 1 kişiye düşürdüğünüz için otele girişte bizden ilave ödeme istendi ve bu esnada yaklaşık 6 saat asker gibi ayakta dikildik. Sizden dönüş bekledik saatlerce dönüş yapmadınız. Bu rezilliği bize yaşattığınız için tüm platformlarda bu durumu paylaşacağız.

Great stay
Pros:

I was initially concerned after reading some of the previous negative reviews, but we had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, the pools were clean and well maintained, and the water park was fantastic for the kids. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was very poor and barely worked in most areas of the hotel. Some of the evening meals were not particularly impressive, but there was always enough variety to find something to eat.

It was very peaceful, maybe i would do it again.
Pros:

Food was good, the location was great and the view was amazing. Staff extremely friendly. Cleanliness of the place was perfect. Animation team was so nice and welcoming.

Cons:

50 euros for couple of shirts to clean was quiet expensive... I believe this shouldn't be that expensive. We stayed 8 days so at least make one free laundry for 7 days.

Tesis çok büyük özellikle gündüz bir çok yerde yemek bulmak mümkün, sahili çok uzun şemsiye bulma derdi yok ancak havuz başında sanırım sıkıntı olabilir. İçecekler ve kahve servisi gayet iyiydi. Akşam yemeklerinde daha fazla çeşit beklerdim 2-3 çeşit ızgara ve 2-3 çeşit sulu yemek vardı. Odamız biraz uzaktaydı ancak booking ten aldığım odaydı.

Cons:

Yamaçta kurulu olduğu için bol bol merdiven ve asansör var. Ayrıca otel büyük olduğu için kalabalık oluyor yemek çeşidi azdı yakışmadı.
