food choices very good, great entertainment, fab starbucks

not enough seating at dinner time, often had to wait for a table, room a bit dated but was comfy, really didn’t like the bidets

Animacje, wystepy, mila atmosfere , zycxliwy bardzo i pomocny personel. Hotel z roku na rok podnosi jakosc pobytu , moge tak powiedziec bo bylem juz 5 raz.

Cons:

Od zeszlego roku spadla jakosc i ilosc potraw. Mniej jest i ciagle sie powtarzaja co zauwarzam przy kilkunastu dniowym pobycie. Mniej ciast, roznorodny , zwlaszcza ilosc i jakosc owocow spadla. Obsluga juz nie czestuje roznymi sokami podczas posilkow, w dniach gdy przyjezdzaja mieszkancy turcji to brakuje ilosciowo jedzenia. , nie donosza juz jak rok temu. Gdy sie przyjdzie pozniej na kolacje czy lunch to polmiski sa puste i nie uzupelniane.

The only thing we liked was that the kids club staff and entertainment staff were good.

Cons:

Everything being timed, children having to wait for a set time to eat ice cream... The buffet only having turkey and chicken... The pool bar employee saying, "I wish they had cocktails, I would have had one too!" when my brother asked about them!! In short, there's no system left in the hotel; you pay money and it's like they're holding you captive, you're being humiliated with your own money! We spoke with the hotel manager, she was a kind lady, thankfully she offered us à la carte food, but even that can't excuse the hotel's awfulness and the unprofessionalism of the bar and snack bar staff! I apologize for making such a review for the first time, I'm very sorry about this hotel experience.

Uciekliśmy przed czasem żeby nie psuć sobie zdrowia i wrażenia od wypoczynku.
Pros:

Świetnie położony hotel, widać go jak się jedzie i pięknie wieczorem się świeci, tym przykuł uwagę.
Pani, mówiąca po rosyjsku która pomagała i chętnie szukała rozwiązań.

Natomiast na tym się to kończy.

Cons:

Straszne pokoje w domkach, całe w pleśni czarnej, co odrazu wpływa na zdrowie, nie wiem kto w tych czasach jeszcze prezentuje hotel jako 5 gwiazdkowy z tak paskudnym wyposażeniem pokoi.
Kilka razy zmieniali nam pokój w poszukiwaniu bez pleśni, natomiast tego nie było, i dali nam pokój w części hotelowej, który wyglądał jak z lat 90ch.
Proponowano tylko jakimś środkiem chemicznym spryskać, czyli żebyśmy zostali w pokoju w którym pachnie środkiem od pleśni i sama pleśnią, absurd!


Widać zaniedbane części wspólne, dosyć brudno, szyby w zaciekach.

Paskudne jedzenie, nocowaliśmy przedtem w hotelu 4 gwiazdkowym w którym jedzenie było znakomite i świeże, tu niestety wybór mały i jakościowo na niskim poziomie. Na sali bardzo brudno, wszystko jest klejące się.

Hotel sprawiał wrażenie zaniedbanego.

Przy animacjach dla dzieci, Pan bardzo nie miły.

Nie polecamy do wypoczynku z dziećmi.
