Clean hotel good location
Pros:

Nice hotel in a Great location but one of our party didn’t sleep as very noisy constant fan in bathroom that wouldn’t turn off

Noisy fan kept us awake

Pros:

Breakfast selection was very good. I enjoyed the kipper. The food at dinner was also very good

Excellent beyond our expectations
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The decor although not my taste was in great condition. Food was very good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Not a complaint in any way but the shower sealant was mouldy a pet hate of mine. Breakfast was good even though I am not keen on pre-order only let down which seems to be at most hotels is cheap sausages it tends to take the edge off what could have been a very good breakfast
