Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit tollem Service – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Unser Aufenthalt für eine Nacht im Northern Sands Hotel war rundum perfekt. Schon im Vorfeld lief der E-Mail-Kontakt reibungslos, und vor Ort wurden wir von der Managerin Theresa überaus herzlich und liebenswürdig empfangen. Unsere beiden Zimmer waren picobello sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und boten alles, was man braucht – inklusive einer schönen Auswahl an Tee, Kaffee und kleinen Gebäckstücken.
Das Frühstückssystem hat uns absolut begeistert und funktioniert extrem effizient: Man kreuzt am Vorabend auf einem Zettel seine Wünsche an. Die Auswahl ist riesig und reicht von Säften, Müsli, Obst und Joghurt über Porridge bis hin zu warmen Frühstücksspezialitäten und heißer Schokolade. Als wir morgens zum Tisch kamen, stand bereits alles bereit, und das warme Frühstück wurde frisch serviert.
Auch das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, begleitet von einem gewohnt freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service.

Freundliches Personal und große Bierauswahl an der Bar.
Pros:

Gesamtes Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich, Zimmer nett, obwohl ein bisschen klein, aber das ist uns auf unserer gesamten Reise durch Schottland aufgefallen.

Pleasant stay spoiled by breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel situated close to a lovely beach. Everything meal available with good service. Room and approaches clean and fresh.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Eggs over salty, toast burnt and service disappointing. You girl needs to be pleasantly communicative rather than sullen. Coffee spills should be cleaned promptly and marmalade thrown at the table from as short a distance as possible!
