Zeer matig en teleurstellend.

Het gebouw en de omgeving zijn schitterend mooi. Een unieke locatie.

Cons:

Het bed in de junior suite was niet goed. Het matras was hard en de houten rand aan het bed is iets uit de jaren 70 en wat het slaapcomfort beperkte.
De airco maakte veel geluid, maar je merkte niet dat die koelde. Het was daardoor erg warm op de kamer.
De straal uit de douche was miniem en erg heet. Het was niet mogelijk om de douche kouder te zetten.
‘s Nachts om 00.45 uur werd er door het personeel in het restaurant met tafels geschoven, wat hoorbaar was in onze slaapkamer.

Het hotel zelf en de ligging

Cons:

De open douche in de Friese kamer. Vond ik niet echt prettig. Hang er desnoods een douchegordijn voor. En de druk van het water in de douche. Deze is wel erg laag.

Het eten en de bediening. De persoonlijke aanpak van al het personeel (ook van de receptie).

Cons:

Er was die avond een bruiloftsfeest gaande en daar hebben we in de nacht tussen 1:00-2:00 uur overlast van ondervonden terwijl ik de volgende dag moest werken en de kleine naar school moest. Ik had gekozen voor een luxe kamer. De kamer was mooi en het personeel superlief, maar voor dat bedrag had ik liever meer comfort gehad. Nu lag ik een uur wakker van alle herrie.

De prachtige ligging, vriendelijkheid personeel, de wijnkeuze van de sommelier, de hondvriendelijkheid

Cons:

Er is niets wat mij niet beviel, wel twee feedback puntjes:
-zou fijn zijn als ergens in het park hier en daar een plek zou zijn met relaxte stoelen, om bv lekker rustig in zonnetje een boek te lezen.
- zou fijn zijn om het deel van het terras aan de achterzijde(los van restaurantgedeelte la belle source, beschikbaar te stellen voor hotelgasten voor een aperitiefje in de namiddag bijvoorbeeld. Het werd nu soort van met hand en tand verdedigd. ;-)
