Broken airconditioning and no fan during heatwave.
Pros:

Good location, close to metro. Very nice and professional lady at the counter, who arranged a fast refund when we had to cancel the room because the advertised airconditioning didn't work during the heatwave. We had booked the hotel a couple of hours before without the possibility of a refund but she solved it quickly and without any hassle..

Cons:

De airconditioning in the hotel had broken down and could only be fixed two days later. Our room with large windows faced directly west and it was incredibly hot inside. There was no fan. We had booked for two nights and decided to book another hotel that same evening.

Le personnel était agréable.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié.
La chambre était grande et bien équipée.

Cons:

Pros:

A little far from the city center on foot but the hotel is right next to the metro station that takes you there. There was also a farmers market and other shops and restaurants outside the hotel, making using the kitchen very convenient. The room itself was very clean, loved having the kitchenette in the room.

Cons:

Even though there was AC, it barely did anything. The lowest it went was 15 degrees, yet it always felt above 20 in the room. For context the lobby was at 15 and it was always colder than the room. The staff were friendly but unfortunately they had no way of fixing it nor did they have fans for the room. The room was uncomfortable at times and we had a hard time sleeping because of this. This is our only complaint.

Très bon accueil, logement confortable et agréable

Cons:

Manquerai le petit plus de fournir une bouteille d eau dans le logement car le distributeur de l entrée était hors service. Obligée de sortir de la chambre à la recherche d une fontaine d eau dans le couloir du rez-de-chaussée.

Pros:

Joli studio confortable, propre, climatisé avec une bonne literie, salle de bain avec grande douche et baignoire séparées, toilettes à part.
Coin cuisine parfait pour petit déj et repas sur place, équipé pour 2 personnes.
(Avec la canicule, nous n'avons pas fait de repas chaud.)
La clim, pas trop froide, était parfaitement réglée pour nous : on ne l'a pas touchée du séjour.
Nous avons aimé l'accueil agréable et souriant, la fontaine d'eau fraîche en libre-service et la bagagerie gratuite du dernier jour.
L'établissement est très bien situé pour visiter Lyon avec les transports à proximité.
Nous recommandons fortement. Tv

Cons:

Problème de clim signalé a l arrivée 40 a l ombre dehors so la chambre n a pas être occupée avant il y fait très chaud et la clim ne fonctionnait pas on attirait du me changer de chambre nuit infernale
Suis allée de nombreuses fois au lagrange qualité et services très très en baisse
