Important information:

Please note that an airport shuttle pickup and drop off is available, and the cost of it is EUR 42 per ride from 6:00 to 2200, and for EUR 45 per ride from 22:00 until 6:00.

Please note that spa facilities will be closed from December 15, 2025, until December 26, 2025; only the gym will be available to hotel guests during this period.
Only children over the age of 14 are allowed access to the fitness and spa facilities
under the supervision of an adult (18+).

Super razmerje med kakovostjo in ceno
Pros:

Lokacija super v blizini centra. Hotelske sobe nimajo itisona, oprema od sobe do kopalnice bi bila potrebna prenove… za 5 zvezdic bi hotel potreboval manjsi updejt, drugace pa vse stima 👌osebje super prijazno, avto ti odpeljejo v podzemno garazo kar je plus :) zajtrk je ok, za vsakega se najde nekaj.. solidna kava, kar je redkost zadnje case :)
Zagotovo se vrnem, upam pa da kaksno stvar vseeno posodobijo ☺️

Pros:

Spa centram bija arī āra terase un sauļošanās zona - unikāls piedāvājums lielpilsētas centram. Personāls visur laipns un atsaucīgs, brokastis arī bagātīgas - netrūka pat dzirkstošā vīna un svaigu augļu. Vannas istaba ar dušu un vannu - lieliski!

Cons:

Apartaments 9. stāvā bija patumšs, taču funkcionāls.

Pleasant stay in Belgrade
Pros:

Overall the Hotel was great.

The room was big, clean and with all the amenities expected from an high end structure.

The position was perfect. Very close to the city center.

The staff very friendly and helpful.

The spa enjoyable with a big indoor pool that was very refreshing during the hot days.

Breakfast was great, full of fresh and tasty options.

Cons:

Only downside was the Spa not properly controlled by the hotel staff where one day we had to address the behaviour of a couple of kids left alone, diving, slashing and making inappropriate noises.

Pros:

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Jana at the reception was extremely kind to help me solve a complication with a restaurant. She did not mind spending quite some time on the matter just to make sure it is resolved.
