Important information:

Please note that an airport shuttle pickup and drop off is available, and the cost of it is EUR 42 per ride from 6:00 to 2200, and for EUR 45 per ride from 22:00 until 6:00.

Please note that spa facilities will be closed from December 15, 2025, until December 26, 2025; only the gym will be available to hotel guests during this period.
Only children over the age of 14 are allowed access to the fitness and spa facilities
under the supervision of an adult (18+).

We loved it.
Pros:

Service... Jana at reception good
Guest Relations Manager exceptional. She goes out of her way to help in every way.
Breakfast good. Plenty of choice. Service very good.
Miss Mavis who served us was a Real African Princess. So gracious.
The security with Mr.Vladico & Team. So caring. We will definitely pass by soon God willing to greet them all and stay longer next time.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The AC in our room wasn’t working. They sent a maintenance person who checked however the AC was blowing hot air and wasn’t fixed. We weren’t able to sleep because we were both sweating but the staff couldn’t do anything else

Odamızı royal suit e yükselttiler. Gerçekten çok güzel bir odaydı. Çalışanlar nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Oteldeki deneyimimizi iyileştirmek için herşeyi yaptılar. Tekrar bu güzel şehir belgrada geldiğimizde nerede kalacağımızı düşünmemize gerek yok.

very nice hotel, with great breafast and amazing staff
Pros:

Very good rooms with everything you expect are in place. The bed is comfortable with a variety of pillow options. location is very good. Closer to restaurants and a few city attractions like St. Church.

Pros:

The size of the room is very comfortable. Good breakfast with lots of options. The valet service is excellent with an option to park in the garage, especially comfortable for the summer days. The spa facilities are clean with good size.
