Pros:

Very nice little island!
Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and they offered to clean it daily.

Cons:

The food was a huge miss for a vegetarian, no protein at all. I had mentioned my diet multiple times and I still got served meat three times.
Usually I waited for my plate 30-40min.

We didn't realise that there was no hot water which was a bit cool in winter but managed ok. Meals which cost extra were average and smallish portions.

Le logement est super, l’équipe est très aimable et accueillante, et une magnifique plage est à 10minutes de marche

Cons:

Le rapport qualité pour le repas est catastrophique! Nous avons payer 3fois plus cher dans cet hôtel que dans le précédent, pour de la nourriture moins bonne. C’est très décevant. Et il y’a aussi beaucoup de recyclage de dessert (même gâteau servi 3fois)

Pros:

Ls posizione della struttura è ottima, ci sono 2 punti snorkeling molto belli. Anche l’area comune è carina e c’è un ampio giardino. Lo staff è molto disponibile.

Cons:

La nostra camera non era molto curata, umida con un bagno decisamente da ristrutturare a prescindere dall’assenza dell’acqua calda (non segnalata)

Amazing week spent on a beautiful island, in a great resort that has all essentials.
Pros:

Everyone was very friendly. The resort has nice common areas and lots of activities to do. We stayed 1 week and never got bored, had enough time to do snorkeling, cave trip, walk, etc. but also time to relax and meet new people. Thank you to Charlotte, Toki and all the team for making us feel welcomed.

Cons:

I wish there was hot water in the shower, especially if I had to stay longer than a week.
Sometimes felt like restaurant service could have been improved and be a little bit faster - but also part of relaxing, taking time and experiencing Fiji time I guess.

Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht, das Essen ist gut, die Betten im Schlafsaal sehr bequem. Das Korallenriff rechts vom Resort ist super und leicht zu erreichen.
Die angebotenen Aktivitäten sind sehr vielfältig, besonders haben mir die Höhlentour und das Reef Hopping gefallen.

A peaceful paradise
Pros:

A comfortable, calm and beautiful place to relax with an incredible coral reef right out the front. Also good options for excursions to other stunning places. I loved my little stone bure. Meals were well organised and varied. Toki and Lottie and all the staff were kind and welcoming in every way. Mostly I loved true laid back vibe here.

Cons:

Cold showers didn’t really bother me but something to be aware of.

Pros:

Views from the the hilltop were great and enjoyed meeting the animals on the island. We enjoyed the basket weaving and coconut demos. Some of the bar and activity staff were super friendly. We liked that there were hammocks to relax in.

Cons:

Lack of Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area and didn’t always work. The facilities like toilets, taps could do with a renovation as most are broken. There is also only cold water for showering. Food was below standard.

There were quite a few hidden costs which we were only made aware of when we arrived or as we asked about activities.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff were amazing, so warm, friendly and welcoming.

My husband enjoyed a fishing trip during our stay and caught some beautiful fish, which the chef then prepared for our lunch. It was such a special experience, and the food throughout our stay was excellent.

We couldn’t have felt more welcomed and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this property! 🌴🌊🐟❤️

No true beachfront unless you walked about 20 minutes down to the next resorts area. The food was okay, but almost always cold and not a lot of options if you don't eat fish/seafood.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique, merci à eux pour ce super séjour. Les plages de l'île sont très belles et le snorkeling super chouette si on marche un peu. La vue du haut de l'île. Les lits du dortoir sont confortables.

Sie waren stets bemüht ...
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und wenn man etwas zu beanstanden hatte (bei uns war die Matratze durch) wurde dies sofort behoben. Das war wirklich sehr gut.
Sie haben auch immer wieder gefragt wie es einen geht usw. - Personal also top.

Das Riff etwas weiter draußen ist auch sehr gut gewesen (und wir haben viele auf Fiji gesehen). Einzig die Strömung ist da nervig, aber da kann das Ressort nix für. Also wer ein gutes Riff sehen will, dem kann man das Resort empfehlen.
Gute Kayaks und kurzer Weg zum Coconutbeach

Cons:

Puhhh ... vorweg, wir haben den günstigen Preis durchaus in die Bewertung einfließen lassen. Trotzdem gibt es hier schon einiges aufzuzählen.

Die Hygiene ist echt ausbaufähig. Die Gemeinschaftswcs waren alles andere als einladend. Auch das Besteck, Tassen, Teller etc waren oft schmutzig (also nicht nur ein wenig).
Unser Bungi war prinzipiell gut, aber das Bett ist echt kurz (und ich bin nur 1,8), im Klo waren noch die "Hinterlassenschaften" von wem vorher - geht gar nicht!!!!
Die Duschen sind echt kalt. Weiß man zwar vorher, aber zu unserer Zeit war das keine angenehme Abkühlung, sondern man hat sich echt gesträubt duschen zu gehen. Aber dafür ist es auch günstig.

Das Essen war sehr wechselhaft. Manchmal wirklich gut, manchmal aber auch richtig schlecht. Vor allem wenn man 5 Tage hier ist wie wir, merkt man das stark.
Frühstück jeden Tag gleich und so lala ... zu wenig Abwechslung beim Obst und auch so nur ok.
Für 1-2 Tage ausreichend, aber uns hings dann schon zum Hals raus.

Dazu hatten wir über Booking die latecheckoutoption dazu. Aber hier wurde einfach gesagt, nö machen sie nicht. Nur gegen Aufpreis!

Ausflüge sind auch recht teuer im Vergleich zu den anderen Ressorts da in der Bucht (waren in dreien).
Die Anlage hat echt Potenzial, vor allem mit dem guten Riff. Aber da müsste so viel (oft nur Kleinigkeiten) geändert werden, aber das scheint dort keinen zu interessieren.
Sehr schade müssen wir sagen.
