Pros:

Excelente localizacao. Praia extensa e muito agradável. Quarto com vista de mar, excelente ! Simpatia dos funcionários. Relação preco qualidade bastante boa.

Pros:

Престоят ни в White Olive Elite Rethymno беше прекрасен. Хотелът е много чист и поддържан, а храната беше изключително вкусна и разнообразна. Останахме с много добро впечатление от целия престой.

Персоналът беше любезен, учтив и винаги усмихнат. Благодарим за топлото отношение и отличното обслужване.

Много ни харесаха вечерните програми. Гръцката вечер в сряда беше страхотна, а DJ партито в понеделник също беше много добро и допринесе за чудесната атмосфера.

Cons:

Единственото, което не ни хареса, е плажът в началото на брега – водата става много дълбока още от самото начало, което е неудобно за семейства с малки деца. По-навътре обаче е много приятно.

Като цяло останахме изключително доволни от почивката си и с удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново.

Pros:

It was our second time visiting this hotel. We loved staying here. The staff is always nice and helpfull, the meals have a good verity, the rooms are clean.

Cons:

If you want to travel to the nearest town you have to take the bus (with an unreliable schedule) or a taxi.

Pros:

Uns haben die Anlagen sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl das Hotel von außen klein wirkt, ist es innen sehr schön und großzügig. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand, die Pools und das All-inclusive-Angebot waren wirklich hervorragend. Das Personal war jederzeit aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Einige Dinge, wie die Klimaanlage, funktionierten zunächst nicht, wurden aber sofort repariert. Man hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder dorthin reisen.

Nichts, alles war sehr gut!

Hangulatos kedves segítőkész személyzet,tisztaság.

Cons:

A matrac kényelmetlen 1- nap után fájt rajta mindenünk!
Nagyon puha bele süllyed az ember.
Kérdeztük a recepción tudnak e segíteni de mondták nem sajnos.Saját magunk megoldva a problémát elmentünk másnap a Jysk- be és vettünk egy fedő matracot 75 euró ki cseréltünk a szállodáit. Az ételek szinte mindig ugyanazok kis változtatással.

Pros:

Przede wszystkim niesamowicie miły personel, każdy bardzo uprzejmy ,pomocny i cały czas uśmiechnięty , nigdy nie spotkałem tak dobrego personelu. Hotel bardzo ładny, czysty , z basenami ,przy samej plaży, darmowe leżaki, pufy do leżenia na plaży. Pokoje z besposrednim wyjściem do basenu mega , bardzo ładne widoki , zachody słońca. Konsola do gier dla najmłodszych, miska owoców, butelka wina , oraz parę butelek wody na powitanie. Śniadania bardzo dobre , obiad , kolację, bardzo duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie , wszystko swieze z możliwością zabrania do pokoju ,na basen lub zjedzenia na zewnątrz na świeżym powietrzu, ponieważ część restauracji znajdowała się na zewnątrz. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten hotel i mam nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócę

Okolica to tak naprawde taka wioseczka, ale w pobliżu 5min spacerkiem sklepy , tawerny i sklepiki z lokalnymi produktami, 10min jazdy autem do samego centrum Rethymno

L'emplacement, la propreté, l'accueil

Cons:

Le soit disant "Beach Bar" ou "Snack bar".... appelez vous comme vous souhaitez mais c'est tout sauf ça.
C'est pas normal qu'ils ne proposent pas des Frappés ou Ice Café ou Fredo Cappucino- les cafés typiquement grec.
Dans un hôtel en formule All Inclusive la moindre des choses est de proposer par exemple des crêpes, des Ice Café ou autres courant la journée.
Ce n'était pas le cas puis le personnel au Beach Bar pas très sympathique , il ne fallait pas trop leur demander.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and always clearing plates away during meals. Quick to serve at the bar and always had a smile.
Location was fantastic, a quick walk away from a well stocked supermarket if anything was needed.

Cons:

Food got a bit repetitive, and eating areas outside weren't smoke-free.
Booked for a double bed but had two singles pushed together.

Pros:

Great value for money, very nice and friendly staff who allowed us to enter room earlier without any extra fee, good facilities and decent drinks. Really good value for money!

Cons:

The food could have been better, there were sometimes really tasty meals, but most of the time food was pretty mediocre. Also, the mattress was on the softer side, which we didn't like, but I guess that's a matter of personal preference.
