How is it possible that this place has a 5 star rating? We left there and stayed at the Creta Palace - which is a true 5 star. I had kindly asked for some kind of refund and was given the run around by the hotel by telling me that I shouldn’t discuss it with them and should take it up with Booking.com … booking said that it was up to the hotels discrepancy. Anyways, we stayed one day and then left to the Creta Palace.

cibo monotono , tutti giorni riso patate e pollo, servizio inesistente qualsiasi cosa tu chiede l oro non lo fanno .Per essere hotel 5 stelle elite inaccettabile non li avrei dato più 3 stelle inoltre al mattino sé non andavi presto in piscina non trovare neanche un lettino disponibile mi sono lamentato risultato zero,

Super Lage, direkt am Strand, zudem ausreichend Liegen.

Cons:

Buffet und Getränke sind ok, bei 5 Sterne hätte man ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Wenn man die anderen 5☆ Hotels in der Umgebung sieht fragt man sich etwas wie dieses Hotel die 5☆ bekommen hat.
Insgesamt eher ein solides 4☆ Hotel.
Leider war unser Balkon von Tauben-Kot verschmutzt und deshalb eigentlich nicht nutzbar.

Schöner Außenbereich mit sehr durchschnittlichem Hotel
Pros:

- direkte Lage am Strand
- Pool auch für Kinder

Cons:

- Essen fast immer lauwarm bis kalt
- Zimmer (swim up) feucht
- SEHR hellhörig! Wenn jemand über den Flur rannte dachte man er rennt durchs Zimmer weil es so laut war
- Badezimmer viel zu klein!

Mâncarea nu e destul de variată iar managerul complicat.

Miros de canalizare în toate băile hotelului, managerul singura persoană care nu am putut avea o comunicare după urmă a câtorva probleme cu electricitatea în cameră
