Overall this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Even other really expensive places have had minor issues
Pros:

The staff was great! The facilities were very nice. The indoor pool area was clean and the air was warm while the water was a nice temp. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast area and food was fantastic!

Cons:

My only complaint was the bathroom in room 207 could use some attention. The conditioner bottle was empty, which was a big inconvenience when I took a shower. The wallpaper was peeling and there was a couple of mildew stains.

I really liked the hotel’s location, and the breakfast was very good. My son also really enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

We were first-time guests, but no information was provided about the hotel’s amenities and services. We did not know that water was provided in bags or that we had to ask for basic items like toothbrushes and toothpaste. We were thirsty at night, but there was no water available in our room.

Also, around 11:30 PM, someone knocked very loudly on our door, which frightened us because my son and I were the only ones in the room. We felt unsafe and disappointed with our stay.

I like Ally, she worked overnight and was very helpful. Im addressing my concerns

The booking. Com and the bathroom had urine at the base of the toilet. Shower windows was dirty. Sockets didn't work.
