Good stay if you are visiting the port
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location and comfortable beds. All what you need for a good stay. It is close to the tram stop as well, like 5 minutes of walking.

Cons:

super limited breakfast which is too expensive for what was offered.
some of the bits and pieces need maintenance, but nothing so critical

La terrasse et le hall d’entrée ont été rénové mais ce n’est que du paraître

Cons:

La chambre sentait mauvais et était sale, la douche était immonde et il n’y avait qu’un filet d’eau pour se laver … pour le prix c’est honteux !!!!

Het ontbijt was oké, maar we wilden zo snel als mogelijk weg zijn door de negatieve ervaring.
Cons:

De badkamer was vies. Schimmel op het plafond, de muren en op de haardroger. Het was echt ranzig. Het vast tapijt in de kamer was ook vuil.
De lift stopte op 15 cm van de vloer, wat we pas voelden toen we instapten. De deur ging dicht en we kregen ze niet meer open. Na 10 keer proberen, ging ze terug open. We hebben voor alle zekerheid de trap dan maar genomen.
Het personeel reageerde gelaten op beide opmerkingen.

Cons:

Nou, onze kamerdeur kon niet op slot gedraaid worden. En het is wel aangegeven aan de receptie. Ze konden niets betekenen, maar dit zorgde voor een onveilige gevoel. Steeds op je hoede te zijn. En ik neem aan dat het hotel al wist dat die kamerdeur niet op slot gedraaid kon worden. Voor de volgende keer zou het wel vermeld moeten worden

Proper , comfortabele grote kamer

Cons:

Housekeeping dat zonder te kloppen voor de afgesproken checkout de kamer binnen komt. Alsook is er een datalek gebeurd (via Ibis of Booking) waarbij dat ik verdachte mails kreeg onder hen naam met onze verblijfsgegevens

Lieu de séjour agréable à proximité de la plage de Zeebrugge.
Pros:

L'hôtel est facile d'accès, pas très éloigné de la grande plage de Zeebrugge (accessible en voiture ou à vélo). La piscine extérieure est sympa, je n'ai pas visité la piscine intérieure. Le personnel était très poli et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et bon. La literie est bonne.
