Insgesamt sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Hier wären Minus-Sterne angebracht.

Positiv: freundliches Personal und gutes Angebot beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir waren bisher mit Ibis-Hotels (geschäftlich und privat) immer zufrieden – umso enttäuschter waren wir von diesem Aufenthalt im Ibis Styles Zeebrugge.

Schon beim Check-in gab es Probleme: Laut Online-Buchung war das Parken in der Tiefgarage für eine Nacht inklusive. An der Rezeption wurde uns das ohne Erklärung abgesprochen, wir sollten trotzdem 18 € zahlen. Auf unseren Hinweis auf die Buchungsbestätigung wurde nicht eingegangen, sinngemäß hieß es nur, wenn wir nicht zahlen wollen, müssten wir draußen parken. Das Personal an der Rezeption zeigte kaum Interesse, sich um unser Anliegen zu kümmern.

Auch das Zimmer hätte Pflege nötig gehabt: sichtlich verstaubte Möbel, abblätternde Farbe und Putz rund um die Fenster, ein Rauchmelder unschön an der Decke montiert mit abgeplatztem Putz drumherum, ein Hocker mit defektem Fuß, der schief gegen die Wand gestellt werden musste, und sich lösende Fußleisten. Im Bad fanden wir schwarze, schimmelartige Stellen in den Silikonfugen der Dusche, der Conditioner-Spender war leer. Der Balkon war stark mit Vogelkot verschmutzt, Metallteile wie der Tisch stark durchgerostet.

Wir reisen insgesamt viel, betont für unsere Arbeit und hatten bisher keine schlechte Erfahrung mit Ibis gemacht. Nach dieser Erfahrung werden wir allerdings zukünftig keine Ibis-Hotels mehr buchen, um solche Erlebnisse zu vermeiden. Insbesondere waren wir mit Kind unterwegs und der uns dargebotene Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandard ist in meinen Augen kein Zustand in dem Kinder unterbringen sollte.

Auch beim Check-out wollten wir unsere Kritikpunkte nochmal anbringen, doch die Mitarbeiterin (andere wie am Vortag) an der Rezeption zeigte sich ebenfalls unfreundlich und ungeduldig – es ging ihr offensichtlich nur darum, den Check-out abzuwickeln, ohne nachzufragen, ob wir zufrieden waren.

Un personnel déévoués et vraiment, je les félicite car le seul truc vraiment "perturbants" : c'est les gens sans éducations, les gosses rois avec des parents dépassés ou bine eux-même sans aucun savoir vivre en société. La liberté de chacun commece où celle des autres commencent..... Bref bravo au personnel de subir cela.... Un grand ùerci pour le respect des spécificités de logement demandée. Super night audit à la gentillesse toute malienne. juste que le personnel de bar et de resto samblent dépassés le soir.
