Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

De kamer was oubollig. Zeker niet zoals op de foto’s van de website. De kamer/terras was vies en vuil. Donsdeken lag opgepropt in de slaapzetel, er was geen overtrek aan. Lamp slaapkamer was kapot. Rooster van badkamer hing los.

La Clim fonctionnait peu

Rapport qualité prix 0 je trouve cela hyper cher quand on compte la chambre, le parking, le prix des repas n’en parlons pas c’est cher.
Personnel pas du tout souriant. Peu compliant.

Heerlijk geslapen in de zachte bedden.

De vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers.

Ok if you stay whole day out
Pros:

Not much to say. Close to the tram.

Cons:

During summer, too many flies. No protection put on top of bread/pancakes to protect the food.
The room was smelling oil/kitchen smell like the ventilation wasn't ok
The water of inside pool not warm enough

Pros:

Petite-déjeuner, emplacement, personnels.

Cons:

La fermeture de la piscine à deux reprises pour des raisons d'hygiène (accidents de couche). Bien que nous comprenions la nécessité de nettoyer le
bassin pour la sécurité de tous, cela reste très frustrant.L'établissement devrait envisager de rendre obligatoires les couches de natation spéciales (couches aquatiques) pour les jeunes enfants afin d'éviter que cette situation ne se répète continuellement.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, propre, lit confortable ( 1m80 ) insonorisé, très peu accommodé par le bruit des autres clients. Buffet xl, piscine intérieur et extérieur. Pour un hôtel, pas besoin de plus

Cons:

Malgré un check in préparé en ligne, avons du en refaire un et avons eu l'impression de ne pas être attendu ( ???) Comme ci on débarquait a l'improviste. Bizarre.

Le parking sous terrain c'est top. Par contre a éviter avec une voiture de sport ( les bas de caisses ne vont pas aimer) et parking très étroit. Attention aux pilasses de béton. Prix un peut chère (0,90 ) Malgré qu'on soit client.

Pros:

room was quite spacious, large indoor/outdoor parking space. Easy to reach and few minutes drive from everything. Fast check out.
Very kind front desk personel (woman).

Cons:

the room was not cleaned, shower was full of hair from previous people and sufraces were dusty.
Not related to the hotel itself, but its customers - it was not pleasant to have uncolntrolled kids playing with everything, including pool wet kids playing with gym equiments, leaving the equiments and floor wet, without respect for other people using the machines.
Overall, price too high for the offer

Schönes, großes Zimmer, top ausgestattet. Gute Lage, leider nicht direkt am Meer, aber in der Nähe; zudem in der "goldenen Mitte" zwischen Knokke, Blankenberge und Brügge. Mit Swimmingpool!

Cons:

Parkhaus katastrophal. Viel zu wenig Platz zum Manövrieren, sehr schmale Parkplätze, und man muss bezahlen (wenn auch nur max. 18 Euro pro Tag, also nicht teurer als sonstwo an der Küste)...
