Pros:

The reception areas were bright and comfortable.

Cons:

The ground floor rooms smelled of drains.The bed sheets were too small for the bed. The walls were covered in marks from luggage that has clearly been there ages. The cleaners had missed the shower door runner, that was dirty and full of an orange scum and the whole room was in need of a deep clean.

netheid van de vloer (veel morsende peuters). Te smalle en te steile in- en uitrit ondergrondse parking. Vooral de zeer smalle inrit met een bocht op het einde is horror voor voertuigen vanaf 4m50 lengte

Comfortable stay with great breakfast
Pros:

Spacious and very clean room. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the buffet was continuously refreshed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location is okay, but there are limited dining options nearby, especially in the evening. However, there is a tram stop about a 5-minute walk away, which provides easy access to the city center.
The indoor swimming pool is quite small. Additionally, some guests used the pool inappropriately entering in with underwear, drinking and making jokes, which slightly affected the experience.
