Overall infrastructure was good.
Too much outside noise due to some construction activity. I was forced to change the room and waited for 2 hours. Prior information need to be given in such scenario at least before check in. Facilitators count needs to be increased during buffet time.
Hardly much.
Practically everything. Service was slow. The room was unclean. Curtains were falling apart. The bathroom was quite dirty and the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed. The breakfast the next morning was the icing on the cake, in that there was none. We waited for 35 minutes to be seated and still did not recieve any food. When we finally did, the server who was cleaning the table, took the plate I was using as dirty dishes. We reduced our stay at Ibis and moved into the Marriott nearby for the remaining part of our trip.
Our experience at ibis Navi Mumbai was absolutely fantastic from check-in to check-out. The hotel maintains excellent standards in cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, and customer service. Every member of the team made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
A heartfelt special thanks to Mr. Arbaz for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention towards guests. His courteous nature and willingness to help truly stood out and made our experience even more pleasant.
We would also like to sincerely appreciate Sayali, Anuska, Rohan, and Angana for their constant support, friendly attitude, and prompt service. Their dedication and positive energy created such a warm and comfortable atmosphere for us.
The room service team deserves special recognition as well. They were always quick, polite, attentive, and ready to assist with anything required. It is rare to see such consistently helpful service delivered with genuine smiles.

Car Park not suitable for normal cars, the fish antennae got damaged. Modify you parking and post a person to advise on car parking

I have never felt so horrible in an Accor Hotel group before! The staff were nice enough till I found out that
I had misplaced my passport at the airport on my way from Nagpur and had explained this to the hotel, I was going to return to the airport so I could go and get it but they literally kicked me out of the hotel late the same evening, saying they can not have me there because they do not have proof of my visa stamp, I was so distraught and even the manager would not come out and talk to me or offer any help. I had to go back to the Sea princess Hotel where I had stayed previously and they were apologetic for the way I was treated, and the next morning I had my passport back. But this left me with a very bad experience with Ibis Mumbai and I intend to tell everyone I know about their carelessness.
It was my first visit to Mumbai and though a long time client of Accorhotels, they did not even take that into consideration and their attitude was just callous and mean.
They made me never want to go into an Ibis hotel ever again.
breakfast was fine, wasn't aware that there was a dosa counter, they should display or at least can inform the eaters
1. overall experience can be far better, bathroom is very compact and with no checking on soap, body creams etc.
2. asked for sleepers and had to remind couple of times to get it, finally got it when purpose was done
