Pros:

A localização é excelente, principalmente para quem chega pela estação Roma Termini.

Cons:

Para entrar no banheiro tem um desnível bem considerável; não fica na mesma altura do quarto. O box é super minúsculo. Mal dá pra se mexer ao tomar banho.

Cons:

Como acontece com frequência na Itália, este não deveria ser intitulado HOTEL uma vez que a recepção funciona somente das 8h às 18h (sendo todo o check in remoto caso se chegue depois deste hr ), sem auxílio com bagagens ou qualquer outra assistência e situa-se em um prédio residencial comum.

Very good and professional staff

Cons:

The room is very close to the reception. Basically there is a wall between the reception and room. Every morning you wake up with the talks between customers and staff. I really liked the staff but the design of hotel is not good. Altough the size of room is okay the shower cabin is very small and there are less number of shower gel than the nights you stay. The shower gel is cheap and single use ones.
