Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sehr gute Lage.
Pros:

Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral. Der Friedrichstadtpalast ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer besaß keinen Kühlschrank. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die "Besucherritze" in dem Doppelbett - Sie wurde während der Nacht immer größer.

Loclaisation centrale. Hôtel très propre. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux . Salle de bain bien équipée. Pas bruyant.

La ubicación es y el desayuno lo mejor, es un hotel que tiene una relación calidad precio bastante aceptable.

Cons:

Mejorable la actitud del señor recepcionista que nos recibió el primer día, nos pedía pagar de nuevo y a pesar de haber pagado ya y demostrárselo en ningún momento pidió disculpas, También nos dijo que la reserva era para un día menos, y tampoco pidió disculpas por el error, y sobre todo nos dijo que no hablaba español con una actitud un poco antipática...suerte que nosotras hablábamos Alemán e inglés...el resto del personal de hotel bastante agradables la verdad...Las almohadas horribles, porque no son almohadas, son cojines enormes...

Great reasonably-0pricex small hotel in central Berlin with clean rooms and everything you need.
Pros:

It is very well located and central, a bit loud in the evening across the street, but nice and quiet at night. There’s everything you might want in the area and close to the train station.
Clean and efficient rooms for a reasonable price. Great breakfast area and excellent food.
Also, the people in the restaurant attached to the hotel are very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Considering one convenience, cost and cleanliness, nothing really.
