Absolutely luxurious.
Pros:

It was a pleasure to be greeted politely, nothing was a problem from early check-in to daily room service. The interior soft furnishings are sumptuous. The bed linen is nicely pressed and the towels are excellent. The pool and wellness centre are wonderful and staff always happy to help.

Cons:

The one thing that could be done better is the breakfast. The fried eggs were rubbery and the scrambled eggs typical of hotels. Freshly cooked eggs would be a good improvement.

Der Service, der Respekt aller Mitarbeiter gegenüber den Gästen.
Der Comfort und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer.
Wenn in Prishtina, dann nur im Swiss. Das beste vom Besten!
Das Frühstück sollte man dort auch nicht verpassen. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Gehe sehr gerne immer wieder hin.

Pros:

Very pleasent and professional, exceptional SPA, transfer reservation to Skopje airport was fast and good recommendation of driver; location in the city centre, good breakfast, great coffee on the terrace….

Cons:

Rooms are smaller than expected but the bed and bedding were wonderful.

I recently stayed at Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina during my trip from Spain to Kosovo, and overall I had a very pleasant experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, very well located, comfortable, and the rooms are lovely. The bed and especially the pillows were incredibly comfortable ,honestly some of the softest pillows I’ve ever slept on. The spa area was also very nice, and I really enjoyed the hotel bar and restaurant. The prices were fair, the atmosphere was elegant, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel definitely feels luxurious.

However, for a 5 star hotel, I do feel the hospitality could be improved slightly, especially from some of the reception staff during the evening shifts. The staff were never rude to me, but at times the atmosphere felt a bit distant and less warm than what you would normally expect from a luxury hotel. On the other hand, the daytime staff were noticeably more welcoming, polite and attentive, and I truly appreciated that.

Another small disappointment was the breakfast. It was good, but compared to the luxury level of the hotel itself, I expected a bit more variety and refinement.

That being said, I still enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel has many qualities ,,excellent location, beautiful interiors, comfortable rooms, a very good spa and restaurant and with a slightly warmer hospitality experience overall, it could truly feel exception

Relaxing Stay with Friendly Service and Great Facilities
Pros:

The room was clean and we slept very well. The gym and spa area on the ground floor (-1) were both pleasant and calm, without feeling crowded. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though not all of them were of the highest quality. Personally, I would prefer a more curated selection with a stronger focus on freshness, such as more fresh berries, seeds, rustic bread, and creamy oatmeal.
