Gutes Aufenthalt mit Anfangsschwierigkriten

Das uns zugeteilte Zimmer war extrem kalt, die Klimaanlage konnte nicht angepasst werden. Der Herr an der Rezeption, hat erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen und auf meiner Aufforderung, unser Zimmer gewechselt.

One of my favourite hotels I ever had (having traveled more than 45 countries). The staff, the comfy rooms, the facilities are amazing. The price may be high for budget travellers but it’s worth the service provided.

Absolutely loved every second of our stay.
Pros:

Absolutely loved everything about thus hotel. Staff were very friendly. No judgement nothing being from ethnic minority l was welcomed with both hands. They assist you with anything you ask them. I can't fault them at all.

Cons:

Nothing so far l am definitely going back.
