Very good hotel. Location was perfect
Pros:

Very good room and staff very helpful with great service from front desk and in the bar for lunch. It was great to have a hairdresser in the hotel after long travels

Cons:

Lack of helpful service by young waiters at breakfast
Breakfast service was ruined due to staff not being helpful with serving drinks at the table. The expectation of at least some assistance to get drinks from the buffet were bluntly dismissed by young waiters. Eventually the restaurant manager and General Manager were alerted to our dissatisfaction. The Manager of the restaurant was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Excellentes Frühstück und freundliches Personal

Cons:

Hatte mehrfach um einen Shuttle Service am Airport per E-Mail gebeten - kein reply. Erst als ich angerufen hatte wurde der late check in und die Abholung mit einem Shuttle bestätigt. Es sind offensichtlich 2 MA am Frontdesk, da wird doch mal einer davon eine Antwort schicken können, oder ist das zu viel des Guten?

Great location!

Cons:

Some minor issues like a chip in the mirror border, shower head not correctly attached to the wall. The air conditioning didn’t work initially. When it did work it wasn’t very powerful and it began to leak.
