Riverfront hotel with nice staffs
Pros:

The hotel located at riverfront area and easy access to nearly food and tourist spots. Staffs are generally very friendly. Breakfast very good for the price we paid.

Brilliant location with many nice eateries, spas and massage spots nearby. View from room was lovely. Overlooking the Han River and there was a nice view of Dragon Bridge. Generous space. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Breakfast spread was varied and delicious. Changed on a daily basis. Airport transfer was good.

Cons:

Decoration of room was dated. Complimentary afternoon tea was so so.

Pros:

The hotel had a very good location, situated just around 100 meters from the Dragon Bridge, with a direct view of the river in the very heart of Da Nang city. The view was absolutely marvelous, especially in the evening, and the rooftop bar was also very special, offering some of the best views in Da Nang.

Perfectly Located Hotel
Pros:

Just love the location. Only a few steps to the market/shopping. Pleasant walk along the promenade to the Golden Bridge, the Son Thra night market, and the Love Pier. Can take Grab very conveniently to the MyKhe beach.
Many coffee outlets (Highlands coffee), pubs, and eateries near the hotel.
My room was said to be a river-facing view, but unfortunately, it was facing buildings. However, since the room was big, the bathroom was also comfortably large, it was "compensated" by the free afternoon tea at 17th floor with a beautiful sea-facing and view of Golden Bridge.
And Brilliant Hotel lives up to its expectations of a 4-star hotel.
The breakfast every morning during my 4-nights stay was superb; lots of varieties.

Cons:

It was supposedly river-facing view, but my room faced the buildings (as shown in photos attached)
