Hotel praticamente in centro. Peronale gentile e disponibile. Stanza essenziale ma pulita con una discreta insonorizzazione, letto comodo. Disponibilità di parcheggio privato (a pagamento).

Pros:

Small but very clean and comfortable room. Close to the great restaurants and bars of the little Venice area. The night manager in particular needs to be called out for his helpfulness. When no taxi was available for an early morning trip to the train station, he called a friend who got us to our train on time. That is how you get repeat customers. Thanks!

Pros:

It came as a surprise to me to find out that breakfast hadn’t been included with our booking. I must have missed something in the booking process. We couldn’t pay extra and have breakfast that morning as it hadn’t been organised. Suggest people double check when they book or check in as it hadn’t happened to us before.

It's very clean and comfortable . Without any noises in a very public area. That's very pleasant.

Cons:

Sorrround is very dirty . We paid around 475 euros for 3 days .Just for stay. Without any meals. If we take the breakfast , we have to pay 7 euros for each .that's 21 for 3 .that's not fair.

Hotel pulito, comodo per il porto e il centro storico
Pros:

L'hotel è molto comodo per poi raggiungere in auto gli imbarchi delle navi Grimaldi e Moby e allo stesso tempo è vicino al centro storico di Livorno e alla fortezza per una passeggiata serale o per mangiare qualcosa. La struttura ha a disposizione un parcheggio con cancello ed è molto comoda la reception 24 ore su 24. Ci torniamo ogni anno!
