Only swimwear is permitted (two-piece swimsuits, one-piece swimsuits, swim briefs, and swim trunks); any non-regulation clothing will not be accepted.
Bermuda shorts, swim trunks, and rash guards are prohibited in the Aquatonic Course.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Loved the pool. Very happy with our accommodation . Great having washing facilities.
Unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed which we knew about. Breakfast was disappointing
Both pools are unite unique in Noumea. Both overlook the beach and offer gobsmacking panoramas.
The nearby Ouen Toro park provides great running trails.
Lunch is very good value.
Service gets better every time.
Rooms on the east side can be chillier.
Friendliness of staff
Mattress too hard. Requested topper. Was promised. But never taken care of.
Hotel charged us on our bill a transfer that we never booked and never had !!!

We had a great view from our room
One of the restaurants was closed, the pool bar was closed, the spa circuit was closed, the pool was freezing, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The cost of food was so expensive for poor quality. The staff didn’t clean up tables after guests had eaten so there was often plates and glasses left on empty tables.
I had to ask twice for a good will gesture to compensate for so many amenities closed.
We felt like a burden to the staff who weren’t very hospitable

The staff were very friendly.
The rooms were clean, the spa was amazing.
Being a solo traveller, the casual dining venue only catered for couples (menu), such an atequated approach. The resort had strange times when you could order meals, the pool area bar was closed - you had to call to order. The breakfast was great but the birds came in.. not comfortable to relax in.
Two nightclubs nearby - double glass needed on the rooms.

High price, this is not a 5* hotel
Loved the aqua spa and being close to the beach. A short walk to the shops.having washing machines and dryers…great!

- Rooms were very clean
- private beach access was very useful.
- We also liked the tennis centre being nearby.
Food options at night at the hotel were limited.
We were given free passes to use the heated pool in the Spa but then weren't allowed to use them because we had board shorts and not speedos (which they were happy to sell to us of course).
The sofa bed wasn't comfortable.
The kitchen in the room was a bit of a wasted space

We like everything about the property. There are many nice restaurants and bakeries around. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
