Pros:

Loved the aqua spa and being close to the beach. A short walk to the shops.having washing machines and dryers…great!

- Staff were excellent
- Rooms were very clean
- private beach access was very useful.
- We also liked the tennis centre being nearby.

Cons:

Food options at night at the hotel were limited.
We were given free passes to use the heated pool in the Spa but then weren't allowed to use them because we had board shorts and not speedos (which they were happy to sell to us of course).
The sofa bed wasn't comfortable.
The kitchen in the room was a bit of a wasted space

Pros:

We like everything about the property. There are many nice restaurants and bakeries around. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Luxury, awesome pools, lovely staff and beautiful rooms. Planning to return!!
Pros:

Beautiful property, nice sized rooms, great views and amazing staff.

Cons:

Basically nothing but the beds are quite firm.
And this is just a personal thing; not a fan of square taps.

The facilities and the spa were good, the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The staff could be friendlier, especially at the reception. The most disappointing part of the stay was the food. There seems to be no chef at the premises, as every time we were served food, it was either reheated or out of a can. We ordered a dish for breakfast, which was served cold. It included beans out of a can, cold mushrooms, dry bacon, and some sort of salad with egg instead of scrambled eggs. The same happened to us with room service. A risotto that came half portion, evidently reheated and with dry chicken on top. We had to buy our own food, or eat outside as it became unbearable. Not a five star service as claimed.

The hotel was a bit sterile and cold with little atmosphere

The size and facilities of the room were great. The location near the beach and shops also were excellent.

Cons:

Well... we pay full price yet only one restuarant was open and then only 2 food selections available? Can't use the indoor pool facilities because of a ridiculous rule regarding swimmingwear. (you could have given us some complimentary ones to use). We had a crane starting up at 7.00am for 3 days and then get woken up at 8.00 am by an electrician. we did ask if we could be moved to other side but only for extra $700! ... The hotel was empty and they could have done this for us.The meal we did have was really very disappointing.. Cold and yet SO EXPENSIVE! The only really good comment were the staff.
