Pros:

Room was clean staff wasnice

Cons:

No chair in the room. Had a fridge but no microwave. The soap and shampoo was so tiny for one person to use. No kleenex in the room

If your expectation are low, book here.
Pros:

I needed a bed for the night. Thankfully, that was all I needed. The price was low for a reason as I found out.

Cons:

Poor cleanliness. Non-functioning items in the room. Non-functioning appliances in the room. Items clearly not cleaned in the room.

I had to attach the toilet seat to the toilet because it wasn't screwed on. I had to manipulate the showerhead at length to get the water to come out of it because the lever on the bath tub did not want to work. The shower curtain smelled like a wet gym sock. The fan didn't work in the bathroom. There is a hair dryer mount but no hair dryer. The carpet in the hallway is stained and dirty.

I have stayed at other Red Roof locations and this one is by FAR the worst.

Unorganized.

I like the convenience of the location.

Cons:

We got there for a concert and check-in was supposed to be at 3. Once we arrived, me were in the desk told us that we could not check in until 4 because things weren’t ready. I explained that I thought check-in was supposed to be at three and that we needed to get ready for the concert and he said we would so we so we ended up missing the first opener of the concert that we pay for due to this. Also, when we return that night, there was a new man working the desk and we asked for towels and he acted like we extremely bothered him.

Filthy ! Blood in shower Curran walks and floor. Bock carpet. Tub filthy. Burn holes in pillow case. No towels in the room at all. No blanket on extra bed. Old food in fridge

Dirty will never visit Pittsburgh again. Concert was canceled, we checked outa day early and was not offered money back

There was a crusty bandaid on the dresser, ac did not work and when I went to staff to address this they gave us a small fan which did not help, when I asked for some sort of fix like a refund staff said I should have came to them before in which we did. Tv was in demo mode so we could not watch it. Overall it was an awful experience

Substandard room at substandard hotel for a mere $499/night.
Pros:

I made a mistake with a different hotel reservation so we were forced to book this hotel on the day we needed it. They charged us $499 per night for a substandard room in a substandard hotel. The elevator was filthy. The carpets in the hallway are filthy. The bed spread and the lamp shade had suspicious brown stains on them. (I hope no one died here). there were no towels in the room and no chair for the desk. There was no phone in the room and despite several google searches, I could not find a number to call the front desk directly. I called Red roof reservations an they gave me the direct dial number so that we could get towels. The room was extremely hot, and when we turned on the AC on High it was like someone was softly blowing cool-ish air into the room. It took more than an hour to cool it down. We got a standard, tiny room. And all this for $499/night.

Good price and AC was PHENOMENAL!

Cons:

My lamp shade had a big old stain, 1 towel in my room had to go down for more and no drinks in the whole place (that I could find)
