Pros:

La posizione e ottima per girare a piedi il paese , e a pochi passi dal lago, parcheggio disponibilie .

Cons:

Anche se la struttura e un po’ datata basterebbero avere solo un po’ più attenzione ai dettagli, l’odore del bagno, e degli asciugamani,la colazione scarsissima.
Ho pagato anticipatamente la struttura circa tre giorni prima , la mattina seguente per il check out, mi anno richiesto di pagare la stanza, ho dovuto sottolineare che avevo già pagato e che al mio arrivo avevo anche ripagato 2 euro per i costi di soggiorno.

Frühstück erst ab 08.00 Uhr, war aber nicht fertig angerichtet, mal gab es Rührei, mal nicht, überschaubares Angebot, italienisch

Une étape pour une nuit à proximité du Lac majeur.
Pros:

Joli jardin avec petite piscine, agréable en soirée car il a fait chaud.
Ascenseur pas très propre mais appréciable pour accéder aux chambres.

Cons:

Personnel peu disponible et pas super accueillant. Il faut insister pour avoir une facture, qui est plutôt un reçu.
Très petit parking : j'ai dû laisser ma clé de voiture, qui a été déplacée plusieur fois jusqu'à ce qu'on lui trouve une place définitive. La ligne de chemin de fer est située juste au dessus de l'hôtel et oui, il y a des trains qui passent, à peu près toutes les demi-heures jusque tard le soir et tôt le matin.
Petit déjeuner tout à fait moyen : jus de fruit pas frais, pas de choix de müsli (corn flakes un peu fatigués), pas de lait froid proposé (il faut demander) et café pas terrible. Bouteille d'eau chère et à peine fraiche.

Breakfast could be a lot better
Pros:

Very nice people, great location and a place that was created and decorated with a lot of Love, making you feel very Welcome!

Cons:

Only Thing to improve would be an investment in new matratzes for the beds :)
