Another day in paradise
Pros:

Brilliant rooms overlooking the Caldera with delicious breakfasts enjoying the view.
Mayra gave perfect recommendations on photographer and cooking class.

Cons:

The pool umbrellas were too small and useless. The umbrellas didn’t cover half the sunlounge.. In the heat of the afternoon there was no shade.

Breathtaking views!
Pros:

Mayra and her team were exceptional! The staff was very helpful even when our AC broke, we were quickly given another room while the repair was being made. The hotel is just steps away from the main area of Fira. The porters carried our heavy luggage to and from the drop off point. Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was an absolute delight. Food and drinks can be delivered pool side! Lastly, the view from our room was incredible. Nothing like waking up each morning to the tremendous views of the caldera from your room. You will not be disappointed staying at the Porta Fira suites. Definitely worth every cent! Tell Ms Mayra that Mr Lenny sent you! 😀

Η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική: μαγική θέα στην καλντέρα χωρίς τη φασαρία του κεντρικού δρόμου. Πολύ νόστιμο a la carte πρωινό στο μπαλκόνι καθημερινά,προσεγμένο φαγητό στο εστιατόριο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Μας περιποιήθηκαν και μας βοήθησαν με τις βαλίτσες και την ώρα αναχώρησης.

A magical, peaceful and relaxing find in a beautiful location.
Pros:

A wonderful property built into the hillside overlooking the sea so great views from every balcony. Room had excellent air-conditioning, a comfy bed and was kept immaculately clean. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful - the man who hefted our suitcases onto his shoulders and carried them down the myriad of steps; the people who delivered huge trays of delicious breakfast at our chosen time straight to our balcony/terrace; the cleaning staff who were always friendly and nothing was too much trouble; and particularly Mayra at reception who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and took such a genuine interest in talking to us. It was lovely to be just a few minutes walk away from the main part of town but in a quieter location.
I would thoroughly recommend Porta Fira Suites.

The property was fantastic, beautiful location, amazing service by Mayra (and everyone else), breakfast was outstanding and facilities were great, room and pool were clean and had everything you needed.

Cons:

Steps, but they are part of staying in Fira. Porters are available to get luggage to and from room, so steps aren’t really an issue.

An unforgetable stay from start to finish.
Pros:

This is the best property we have ever stayed in, and what a view. The staff were so attentive and caring and they made our stay so enjoyable from the moment we arrived. As taxis etc cannot arrive anywhere near the hotel because it is on the cliff face Arrangements were made for the porter to carry all our bags from the meeting point down to the hotel which involved a lot of steps and the same again upon departure. The whole ordeal of getting to and from the hotel would have been very difficult without this service. The most delicious breakfast was served to us on our balcony every morning with lots of options to choose from. If we are lucky enough to visit Santorini in the future we would not consider staying in any other property and will certainly recommend it to anyone we know.

Lovely accommodation with an amazing view.
Pros:

The location & views were amazing. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious.
All the staff were friendly & helpful however I want to say a massive thank you to Mayra who I was communicating with before we arrived & who sorted out wine & a cake for my husband’s 60th birthday. It made his birthday in Santorini a special one.
We so enjoyed Porto Fira suites & I would definitely recommend this accommodation & hope to visit again in the future.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
