Pros:

חדר ענק חדש ומרווח עם נוף מדהים. הכל חדש ונקי והגקוגי היה ממש חמים ונעים. הבריכה והחדר עם נוף מדהים. רואים מהמלון את השקיעה המדהימה של סנטוריני . לא מאוד רחוק מהעיר.איפשרו לנו לעשות צק אווט מאוחר יותר. מאוד שירותיים.

I'd gladly stay here again. And if I were you, I wouldn't hesitate to book this place!
Pros:

The staff was terrific, truly made us feel like we were special guests. The view was amazing, world class. Breakfast was a blast, way too much food - and terrific too. Our room was great, plenty of space for our two kids (13/10), and then our own room as well. With only ~12 rooms, the property felt intimate and we made friends quickly. Very positive experience!!

Cons:

As expected, food and drink are pricey. But not unique to the area.

The shirt stay we had a Port Fira Suites was absolutely perfect. Couldn't recommend any more.
Pros:

Room was absolutely amazing. Best breakfast we've ever had whilst travelling.
The view was stunning, the bar and pool were fantastic.
Most of all the staff were amazingly friendly and accomodating

Pros:

Merveilleusement bien situé (beaucoup de marches, mais le bagagiste s’occupe de tout!), chambres propres et confortables, belle piscine, très bons petits déjeuners et personnel très avenant, en particulier Mayra à la réception.

Everything we hoped for!!!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the incredible views from this property. We arrived just on sunset to the twinkling lights of Santorini and the sun going down over the Caldera.
The room was super cute with comfy bed, the pool refreshing with spectacular views, the staff warm and friendly and breakfast delicious!!!
The property has lots of steps so you need to be able to navigate these. It was close by to some delicious restaurants and all the shops and markets!
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again ❤️

Beyond expectation
Pros:

First of all, the hotel’s location and the view from the rooms were truly exceptional. Being right in the centre of Fira, within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and charming little shops, made our stay convenient and enjoyable.
The view from the balcony is everything you could wish for in Santorini. Having breakfast there while enjoying the breathtaking sea view made every morning feel extra special — and somehow made breakfast even more “delicious.” Well, the same goes for the view from the pool.
Finally, I have to mention the wonderful hotel staff, especially the lovely Mayra. Everyone was kind, welcoming, hospitable, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Pros:

Amazing views including some from beds .
Amazing staff especially guys lugging heavy luggage up and down huge steps for. Distance .
Great friendly bartender . Fun pool overlooking ocean and caldera . Fantastic location in busy area but quiet . Would stay here again

Steps -big. But thats Santorini .
They allow cruise ship staff as day guests which can leave no pool side seats for guests —bad policy .

An unforgettable experience for our first time in Santorini.
Pros:

The view was spectacular. We had our own private balcony and it was lovely to eat breakfast there every morning. The staff were absolutely amazing and the food was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch, and cocktails at the hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. It was nice to be able to relax there after a day of exploring. Each person we spoke to was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful in answering questions or providing recommendations. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

I believe i should visit more different Greek islands in future

breakfast served in room (outside the room , we had a terrace), staff called for taxis and excursions nd what's up was used mainly for accommodation. suggested by managers restaurants were easy to reach by strolling and served delicious food traditional and cultural.

Cons:

bars and restaurants do not know how to make bloody Mary cocktails :), all of available cocktails are sweet and delicious, but sometimes customers need bloody Mary
