Only redeeming aspect was how kind and lovely and helpful the staff on reception were. Honestly on arrival and check out, they were so friendly and helpful and just lovely people. I really liked the staff.
The breakfast was absolutely atrocious. I had read the reviews prior so wasn’t expecting much but honestly the hotel desperately need to review the breakfast options they have. No bakery, nothing for the average English traveller and what is advertised as hot chocolate is in fact just coffee. Really disappointed. Also the bedding needs to be replaced. The bedding on my bed was so worn that I could feel the fabric of the bedding bobbling on my legs and feet - impossible to get comfortable and sleep in that. The bathroom was, I’m sorry to say, horrible. I felt unclean thinking about having a shower there. The drain was outside of the shower stall and there were just so many cracks and unfinished parts. Also no iron available at all in the hotel. Only redeeming aspect was how kind and lovely and helpful the staff on reception were. Honestly on arrival and check out, they were so friendly and helpful and just lovely people. I really liked the staff.

Air conditioning unit went off at night. Woke up each night to turn it back on.
The rooms did not match the listing photos at all: damaged/stained flooring, mold on the shower ceiling, a stained mattress, and rusted window grilles — in both rooms we booked. Reception refused any cooperation, so we had to leave and book another hotel at our own expense, with a family of 4 children. Not recommended.
