Очень понравился ! В комнатах чисто! На ресепшен Латиф и его ребята всегда вежливы и быстро реагируют на все просьбы ! Приехали ночью нас сразу заселили , не ждали! Отдельное спасибо поварам за вкусные завтраки! Очень советую!
Хорошее местоположение, хороший завтрак
Поселили в 101 номер , не работал кондиционер! На улице жара, в номере невыносимо было находится , сказали починят, но так и не сделали , сам номер обшарпанный, старый , в душевой плесень , вода не стекает ! На втором этаже все такие номера , требующие ремонта! На ресепшене высокий менеджер с черными крашеными волосами некомпетентный, неприятный в общении, очень грубый , сначала всем признается в любви , будто добрый , а если говоришь претензию чтоб что-то исправили в номере , то он становится раздражительным и недовольным ! Уже не первый раз это заметили , нужно этого странного менеджера заменить , так как бронировать этот отель люди больше не будут !

The location is great. Metro and tram are very close. The staff is wonderful.

Totul a fost perfect. Zona linistita, aproape de centru, mâncare bună, curățenie in cameră in fiecare zi, schimbat de prosoape iar personalul excepțional, in special domnul de la recepție Latif.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the receptionist, who was friendly, polite, and tried to be helpful despite the situation.
I do not recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again.
I booked two rooms, each with two single beds. When we arrived, the hotel told us the reservation was for one guest per room. I was happy to pay for the second guest, but I still expected to receive the room type I had booked. Instead, we were given completely different rooms, even though my reservation clearly specified two twin beds in each room.
The first room was in terrible condition, with mold, damaged walls, a broken window, and a malfunctioning air conditioner. We had to wait three hours for the window and the air conditioning to be repaired. The next day I was moved to another room, but it was still poorly maintained, with a stained and dirty mattress, unfinished wall repairs, and an air conditioner that kept changing the temperature by itself throughout the night. I reported the issue, but nothing was done.
The breakfast was also very disappointing, with very limited choices and poor quality.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The hotel failed to provide the room type I had reserved, the maintenance was poor, and the service did not meet expectations. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved every thing about this hotel. It was very clean never had any issues with my time at the hotel. The hotel were the BEST!!!!! They made us feel at home and were so sooo helpful with everything. They went above and beyond helping us and we really appreciated the assistance. One of the staff member called fatih was the bestttt! His service went above and beyond and he made sure our stay was the best which it genuinely was. Dayanc who works there was one of the best staff member too. He went beyond out of his way to help us anytime we needed anything. These lads were so helpful and I’d definitely recommend booking this hotel. You can fully rely on these two members of staff for anything you need!!!

We stayed in this hotel and the location is very good. also staff are very friendly and generous especially my friend Latif and Fateh. I would recommend this place to people.
Beliggenheten var veldig sentral.
Hotellet hadde ikke gode rutiner for renhold. Skitne madrasser, skittent bad , ikke nok håndklær til antall gjester, måtte be om håndklær og dopapir hver dag. Ikke påfyll av såpe. Personalet ble irritert hver gang vi ba om noe.
Dårlig frokost, lite utvalg og de gikk fort tomt for mat.
Personalet var stresset noe som påvirket servicen.
