Cons:

Que las sábanas tenían pelos y manchas, eso me resulta muy desagradable y pasa en muchos hoteles. Deberían decirle al personal que hace las camas que lleven cuidado con esas cosas y que no las hagan a mala gana, porque se nota que tiran los cojines por ahí etc, ya que tienen motas de polvo y pelos.

Perfeita, valeu cada euro pago !!!
Pros:

Amei o LH , funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos, acomodação estava perfeita, tudo muito limpo e organizado.
O café da manhã é maravilhoso , com muitas opções de comida, ambiente muito tranquilo para tomar o café.
O fato de ter estacionamento e onde carregar carros elétricos nos ajudou muito pois o carro saiu com 100% para nossa viagem de volta.
Quando voltar em Andorra com certeza irei escolher o LH novamente pois vale muito a pena!!!

Pros:

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room is quite spacious, with a large, very comfortable bed and great pillows that made a difference for a good night’s sleep. The shower was easily the best I’ve ever experienced — very strong with excellent water pressure.

The wardrobe is also quite big, which is very useful, especially in a ski area where you tend to bring more clothes. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay.

Breakfast is simple but complete, with fresh orange juice, good coffee, and eggs made to order. Another highlight was the staff, who were always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

On the downside, the room showed some signs of wear and lack of maintenance, such as small cracks on the floor and a few stains in the bathroom. Nothing really impacted the stay, but it could definitely be improved. The TV is also quite old, very slow, and doesn’t support the internet, which is a bit limiting.

Overall, it’s a very pleasant, cosy, and nice hotel — I would stay here again.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, buena ubicación, el baño limpio y el agua muy caliente, las camas son cómodas, café, infusiones y agua en la habitación.
Hacer mención especial al equipo de trabajo que sin duda es lo mejor que tiene el hotel, desde la camarera del restaurante de la noche, recepción, el cocinero, los camareros del desayuno, todos forman un equipo excelente.

La falta de smart TV me parece un atraso a estas alturas, todo y que la chica de recepción nos dijo que lo estaban empezando a poner, espero que la próxima vez que vayamos ya este instalado.

Estancia muy agradable en Andorra.
Pros:

Nos alojamos en el NH Collection Palomé y, en general, la experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación estaba muy bien, cómoda y limpia, y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, ideal para moverse por la zona y disfrutar del entorno.

Cons:

El único punto mejorable sería el parking. Tiene un coste de 15 € por día y es descubierto; por ese precio, lo lógico sería que fuera cubierto. Si el parking es al aire libre, quizá no tendría tanto sentido cobrarlo, mientras que si fuera cubierto, sería totalmente razonable pagar esos 15 €.

Por lo demás, todo muy bien y la estancia fue muy agradable.
