Sehr schönes Hotel mit gut ausgestattetem Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Restaurant zum Frühstück und Abendessen gut. Kostenfreie Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Eine Mitarbeiterin im Service (2× Frühstück und 2x Abendessen) hat uns ausschließlich auf spanisch angesprochen, obwohl dann bei mehrfachem Antworten auf Englisch, Englisch möglich war. Es war sehr anstrengend, dass sie das bei allen 4 Besuchen durchgezogen hat.

Hotel molt bonic i instal·lacions molt modernes.
M'ha agradat la ubicació, zona molt tranquil·la i aprop d'Andorra.
El menjar del restaurant boníssim.
El llit molt còmode.

Cons:

La suite reservada no acabava de correspondre al que entenem per una suite, ja que en realitat són dues habitacions unides després d’haver eliminat la paret del mig. Tot i així, això no treu que l’espai fos còmode i agradable.
Pel que fa a l’esmorzar, en general estava bé, però vaig trobar a faltar una part de menjar calent i, sobretot, que el cafè no estigués disponible directament. Cal demanar-lo expressament al cambrer i, si en aquell moment està ocupat o es despista, et pots quedar sense cafè o esmorzar calent.
A més, resulta una mica incòmode haver de demanar-li un altre cop si vols repetir, però també entenem que volen donar un servei mes exclusiu i acabat de fer i es d'agrair.
Estaria bé si es passés per les taules a demanar si tot esta correcte i si es volgués repetir d'alguna cosa, ja que sinó costa mes repetir.

Really nice hotel
Pros:

The room was really big and spacious! It had a lovely balcony, bathrobes, a bathtub, a sofa, and plenty of pillows to choose from. A special mention to the receptionist, Abdoul, who was incredibly friendly and gave us some great suggestions on where to go and what to do.

The breakfast was also amazing, with a great selection of food and a particularly good choice of teas. You can also request fresh eggs, which they prepare for you on the spot.

Cons:

The location itself was a little far from the main attractions, but since we had a car, getting around and driving to different places was no problem at all.

Pratique et excellent rapport qualité prix si vous n'envisagez pas d'y passer vos journées.
Pros:

Parfaitement situé pour Comapedrosa, petit mais charmant, salle de sport appréciable, chambre pas très grandes mais modernes et fonctionnelles, petit déjeuner et dîner très bien.

Cons:

Un parking très cher mais possibilité de se garer facilement aux abords en basse saison. Petit déjeuner tardif (à partir de 8h).

Hotel confortable i agradable
Pros:

Personal amable i atent com sempre. Esmorzar de 10, no ha minvat gens ni la varietat ni la qualitat.
El gimnàs molt ben assortit.
Rapidesa en check-in i check-out

Cons:

Les primeres nits vam estar en una habitació doble superior que només diferia de les estàndard per la terrasseta. Tot molt comprimit, llit curt i poc ample twin. Vam demanar canvi: següent (de luxe) llit molt millor i habitació més ampla.
Ara bé en ambdós vam trobar a faltar penjadors de tovalloles, algun moblet per deixar els necessers...
Falta una mica de manteniment.

Pros:

Es un Hotel excelente, tanto el mantenimiento como servicios, localización y personal. Remanso de paz al borde de un río en la montaña. Desayuno de calidad.

Cons:

Es una pena que el parking sea de pago y tan caro. El servicio de
los camareros de la cafetería en el desayuno dejan bastante que desear. El servicio de limpieza por las mañanas deberían de ser menos ruidosos a las 8 de la mañana
