L’emplacement, le quartier....
Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel bzw. die Hotelzimmer, Bad und Einrichtung haben bestimmt schon bessere Tage gesehen gehabt. Man hat uns gesagt, dass das Hotel diesen Winter (2026) renoviert wird.
L’emplacement était parfait.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was the best i've ever stayed in Kadikoy. Room was spacious.
Shower was mouldy. Pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. Rolled up clothes a better option.
Every thing was perfect, I arrived early with tired kids to istanbul, the staff welcomed me and let me check in 3 hours before the time of check in. The staff members don't speak English but they are very patient, polite, cheerful and very nice, they use translator app to communicate.
The room was wide and comfortable, every thing was available.
Perfect location. The hotel is 5 mins walk to public transportation in kadikoy (bus - metro-ferry stations). There are plenty of cheap non touristic restaurants, shops, supermarkets and exchange offices with higher rate than European side of Istanbul.
You can have M4 metro sabiha-kadikoy, 50 mins trip no change to get to the hotel. This line is 24 hours working on Friday and Saturday so you can use it on the way back to sabiha.

Location is great.
Ac was not cleaned since was installed, therefore not working properly. There was even police called for a neighboring room at 4 am and we decided to leave. Good thing we had just one night booked.
Very friendly personnel! Although they spoke only Turkish, it was very easy to communicate with them, sometimes using Google Translate, and in every communication, their love and good wishes for the guests were clearly conveyed.
Wonderful location very close to the harbour, with many small stores and restaurants in the same street and in vicinity, but still in walking distance to major stores and cultural sightseeings like churches. Also close enough to the beaches, either 15 minutes by bus to a nice, but crowded sandy beach, or 35 minutes by ferry to Princess Islands with beautiful, pristine beaches.
Everything was wonderful.
Es war eine gute Lage, und an der Rezeption war ein netter Mann. Wir waren auch nur auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht da und dafür war es okay.
Im Zimmer stank es nach Rauch. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Staubflusen in der Ecke und es war Schimmel in der Dusche.
La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, vicino alla principale stazione dei bus e a quella della metro che porta all'aeroporto.
L'hotel è abbastanza trascurato. La nostra camera quadrupla era spaziosa ma era completamente impregnata di odore di fumo di sigaretta. Il telecomando del condizionatore era piuttosto malandato e dalla base del wc c'era una piccola perdita di acqua. Diciamo che avrebbe delle potenzialità subordinate ad un po' più di manutenzione oltre che ad uno "svecchiamento" generale.
