Not bad
Pros:

The location is excellent. Close to the most important tourist attractions of Vienna.

Cons:

The breakfast is terrible! The hotel is not clean enough. I am still shocked how is it a 5 star hotel!! The Ac doesn’t work !!

NON È UN HOTEL A 5 STELLE!!! Camere rovinate con impossibilità di regolare l’aria condizionata e la temperatura della doccia che era sempre bollente! Inoltre una fastidiosa ventola disturba tutto il giorno e la notte rendendo impossibile dormire. Mi sono rivolta alla reception il primo giorno per chiedere un cambio stanza e mi hanno risposto che non sanno che cosa sia il rumore della ventola ma la hanno tutte le camere. Pare che si lamentino diversi clienti ma non ci possano fare niente. Mi hanno preso in giro facendomi scrivere mail a un manager che non si è mai fatto trovare e non ha mai risposto alle mie e-mail e quando alla fine del viaggio ho ottenuto di avere un rimborso di 2 notti su 5, mi hanno detto di inoltrare la richiesta tramite Booking e non hanno mai risposto. Si tratta di una vera e proprio truffa! Una vergogna per un hotel che come struttura non merita neanche 3 stelle. È tutto in rovina, per ammissione del personale stesso è una struttura di 30 anni fa che cade a pezzi. Io ho soggiornato al Topaz che è uno dei due edifici, EVITATELO come la peste se volete godervi le vostre vacanze!
