Die Lage ist super, es handelt sich aber nicht um ein 5-Sterne und es ist nicht sauber.

Cons:

Schlechte Hygiene und keine Abhilfe. Keine tatsächlichen fünf Sterne.

Alles perfekt, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer im 6. OG mit fanatischer Aussicht. Perfekte Lage.

Cons:

Leider ist die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer sehr, sehr gedämpft.

אהבנו את המיקום הצוות בקבלה היה מסביר פנים.

Cons:

הנקיון היה ברמה נמוכה .
תחזוקת המלון טעון שיפור ,המעלית מרעישה בתחושה שעומדת להתפרק .
לקחו לי קרם פנים חדש שהיה מונח על השולחן, התלוננתי והם התחמקו ממתן מענה.
המלון מוצג כ-5 כוכבים אבל לדעתנו זה זה פחות.

Our stay at this Hotel Topazz turned out to be a wonderful surprise. First of all, its geographical location could not be better. It is within easy reach of both the Domkirche St. Stephan and the subway station. Travelling by public transport is a breeze, as you can arrive here on foot in just five minutes after exiting the subway. The neighbourhood is vibrant and prosperous, representing the classic style of Vienna. The highlight is the stunning vista that lets you take in the full beauty of the city. The rooms are far from ordinary; they boast special and original decor, every corner is stylish and eye-catching, definitely a great choice for travel photos. In addition, the hotel staff are kind and attentive throughout our stay. With superb transport links and thoughtful service, this hotel is incredibly practical and convenient in every way. It is absolutely a great pick for anyone visiting Vienna.

Προσωπικό ήτανε πάρα πολύ ευγενέστατοι κατάλυμα ήτανε ακριβώς στο κέντρο σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα πολύ κοντά πολύ βολικό απλά λόγω τιμής μπορούσανε στο ψυγείο να έχουνε δύο μπουκαλάκια νερό αυτό μόνο

Good value and great location but touristy and not as nice as the photos portray.
Pros:

We liked the size of the room and bathroom. There was a nice view and the staff was responsive to our requests. We liked the proximity to the museum quarter. It was convenient!

Cons:

We felt like the bathroom could have been cleaner. They left someone else’s robe hanging in there. The coffee was not good (knock off nespresso pods). The staff was not very helpful at check in. No one helped us with our bags.

Unfortunately I have to update my review. Despite the hotel was meeting my expectations I am totally upset the way they are managing a little problem I had. I left a pair of trousers and a belt in the room and SINCE april 22nd (when I called the hotel) they have not been shipped to me. This, despite I paid in advance the delivery expense (which is questionable for an hotel of this level) and despite I called them already 4-5 time and sent 3-4 mails. The answer is always "we know you problem and we will ship it immediately"....but so far nothing is happening. I feel indeed frustrated and I am astonished the lack of attention to the client and, even more, the sensation that no one is taking care of me. It is unacceptable that after more than a month NO ONE of the hotel was, at least, confirming that my stuff have been found and we will send me soon.
This is not the quality of the hotel I would expect.

Tolles Hotel, tolles Personal und hervorragende Lage!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt für einen Besuch in Wien!
Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, alles ist super sauber und die Betten sind gemütlich!

Cons:

Wenn man im Lamee übernachtet, kann es abends etwas lauter werden, da die Dachterasse nicht ausschließlich Hotelgästen zur Verfügung steht und viele Menschen an die Bar möchten. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Punkt, den ich bemängeln kann.
