We enjoyed our stay but few changes could make the experience much better
Pros:

We like the staff and send them my sincere appreciation. we also liked the location, the rooms, and absolutely the rooftop.

Cons:

A five-star hotel must have room service! I also didn't like the fact that the toilets lack shattafs

Non avendo la prima colazione ho trovato abbastanza caro quanto pagato, pensando che in sostanza si fanno pagare la loca
Pros:

Senz’altro la posizione, praticamente sotto la Cattedrale di Santo Stefano, nel cuore di Vienna.
La camera era buona, con balconcino sulla strada (molto rumorosa), il bagno moderno e asciugamani morbidi cambiati ogni giorno

Cons:

La reception, e una certa approssimazione in talune situazioni che in un hotel classificato 5 stelle non dovrebbe assolutamente trovarsi
