Pros:

Freindly staff, good location,good breakfast

Cons:

Paid a little extra for bigger room and room was still quite small and air con in wrong place in the room as did not feel any benefit from where it was

Convenient hotel in central London
Pros:

Convenient hotel, well situated close to King's Cross/Saint-Pancras (we came with Eurostar). We had booked a room without a window but when seeing it decided to upgrade one with a window, which was more convenient. They serve a decent breakfast, and all the staff is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel rooms in London hotels tend to be small and not cheap, and this one was no exception. We were charged 3 GBP to leave our luggage, which is not a lot but gives the impression that they want to make money out of every small possibility.

Cons:

Nothing - although ironing room got very hot very quickly
And body lotion or shower cap would’ve been a nice treat in room
Oh and a mild thing was the curtain have a gap where light got in waking me as I’m a light sleeper but super comfy bed and comfy pillow which I always find hard to find
