Kamer aan de kleine kant. Doucheshampo en douchegel ( halfvol) waren nog aanwezig van vorige gasten.
Ontbijtbuffet is erg duur en werd niet schoongehouden.

Cons:

- Très mauvais accueil
- Absence de climatisation car non fonctionnelle et hôtel plein donc pas de solution. Le problème était connu car un ventilateur bruyant m’attendait dans la chambre. Pourtant personne ne m’a prévenu.
- Des taches au plafond et sur les rideaux
- De la moisissure dans la salle de bain qui semble connu car le personnel m’explique que certaines VMC sont faible.
- Aucun retour à mon mail !!

Très déçu d’autant plus pour le prix je mettrais même pas 50€ pour une nuit

L’espace du bas ( accueil ) était agréable, et le personnel de la réception petit déjeuner aussi, par contre les chambres n’étaient pas conformes à la description et aux photos ( plus petites et moins confortable )

Cons:

La propreté, les chambres étaient sales les femmes de ménages manquaient de respect, on signal le manque de propreté et on nous laisse les produits ménager pour faire le ménage nous même, et nous même les cheveux en boules pour bien dire débrouillez vous, je met des aliments à la poubelle car pas de frigo dans la chambre on nous les enlève et nous les remet sur le bureau du coup mon bébé à manger une compote périmer, lit pas fait aspirateur pas fait une honte ! Sang sur les toilettes qu’on demande gentillement de nettoyer car sa peut arriver de louper quelque chose tache pas nettoyer spray mis à coter pour dire en gros faites le vous même

Airco de la chambre très froid mais nous avons séjourné pendant la canicule donc je présume que les machines étaient réglées à fond
