I love going back to this hotel it’s clean, the staff friendly and amazing, check in check out smooth. Location not far from the airport, lovely breakfast, my apartment was large with kitchenette, clean bathroom with amply towels.

Be very wary booking here - NOT what I expected
Pros:

Be wary about booking here.. I spent £105 a night for an upgraded room, which I was dissapointed with for the price. A rusty oven, shower plug and dirty doors were not a standard I was expecting. when I arrived at 7pm I was told there was no food as they hadn’t opened the restaurant and the nearest place for food was the airport. There was no water in the fridge in room which I found surprising for the price, so I went downstairs but everywhere was shut. So I spent the night with no food or water. In the AM I woke up for breakfast which was a table with a box of cereal and a near empty coffee jar. I went to pour some hot water from the flask and was greeted by 15 ants shooting out into my cup. I checked out after the first night, requested a refund but only received 50%.

Cons:

I left my camera there packing in a hurry, but conveniently it was never found by the staff. Overall a disappointing experience. Some staff members were helpful but for the cost of the room and for losing a valuable I would highly recommend avoiding this place and booking somewhere further into town so you are not stuck when they don’t open their kitchen.

Heliconia is the ideal place for a relaxing, convenient, affordable vacation.
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Excellent location. Very accessible to transport. Great pool.

Cons:

Place a STEP DOWN SIGN in Bathroom (Room 101). Bit more check on Room requirements.

Worst experience
Pros:

The property is located in Christ Church and is very close to the airport.

Cons:

When I arrived to check in, I had to wait quite some time and the hotel or bed and breakfast was locked. If it were not for the driver who stayed with me while I figured out how to get in, I would have been left stranded at night in Grenada. In addition, the tap in the shower fell off and instead of getting it change right away, the management left me to deal with a broken tap and I had to report several times before something was done. The customer service was not great either.

Disappointing first impression
Pros:

It’s very close to the airport. Facilities are basic but adequate for an overnight stay. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I specifically booked a transfer with the hotel. When we arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick us up. Had to make other arrangements which was a very disappointing first impression of using this hotel. No real explanation was given on arrival. Apparently their driver picked up others and left us behind or he simply forgot. Didn’t seem like they were overly concerned about it.

Home away from home. Love from Brooklyn
Pros:

I appreciated that the location was extremely close to the airport. Secondly this wasn't our initial plan. We actually booked it once our initial plans fell through. They were extremely accommodating. The staff was pleasant and PROFESSIONAL!! Professionalism means alot to us because we are SEASONED travelers 💯. I would definitely stay there again. Also the female chefs were AMAZING. Breakfast was included in the booking. The pool was clean and comforting.
