The beach in front of the property is closed to swimming due to moray eels and sea snakes 😳
Excellent service with the most thoughtful staff. We were greeted with a valet service and was given a tour of the property after a very prompt check in. This is an adult only facility which allowed for a quiet and calm experience. The room was cleaned thoroughly each morning with a turn down service in the evening. Healthy breakfast options with excellent afternoon treats and small bites in the evening.
We also experienced the typhoon during our stay. The hotel staff kept us reassured, safe and fed through the day. They worked very quickly in cleaning up after the storm and returning the resort to its usual state.
Also very kindly gave us a breakfast box on our last morning as we had to leave the hotel early.

Das Wellnessangebot war hervorragend und hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich aufgewertet. Das Personal war jederzeit äußerst höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit – die Zimmer waren stets sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Das Loungeangebot ist eher überschaubar. Es wurden lediglich kleine Appetithäppchen angeboten. Das Getränkeangebot ist ordentlich. Andere Hotels dieser Kategorie bieten hier deutlich mehr Auswahl und ein umfangreicheres Angebot.

Idyllic location and exceptional staff/service. Our room was a great size and quiet; the bed and linen were comfy. We had a lovely time relaxing here with plenty of pool and restaurant options. The hotel offers an airport shuttle bus service which is really useful and the afternoon tea and happy hour slots were nice with live music.
Nothing major but the Thalasso pool looked like it needed a good deep clean in parts but could have just been end of season.
