Que había muchos centros nocturnos cerca del hotel
Clean, the workers was nice, I love the placement, they honored the booking and location and the gym
I tried to say my flight got delayed and asked if I can have an extension and they tried telling me to extend it to 12pm or 1pm was gonna be $150 but when I spoke to a female she didn’t charge me… which implies they just charge you on the fly
Friendly staff. Let me leave the suitcase before and after my stay. Clean room. All good. Great value for money as other hotels in the same area were much more expansive.
Libby looks cheap and sofas are very dirty. I wish they had put water in the rooms.
Location is near to subway
Bathroom lock was broken.Did not repair inspite of informing to the front desk.
It’s clean and great location. Definitely will come back.
The window is thin, I could heard the traffic from outside
Stayed here for 1 night at the start of May, and was pleasantly surprised. The room was on the small size but what we were expecting from NYC. The women on reception were really friendly and helpful. Stored our luggage in the reception area on our last day. The hotel is a short distance from the subway.
Close to Subway with good connections to almost all Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Rooms cleaned daily.
The bed
No idea
The place was clean and quiet. In addition, you can easily walk to the Chinatown Big Bus pick-up and drop-off station for your tour.
The place was generally pleasant; however, I believe plug adapters for international tourists should be available in the rooms. I had to purchase one from the reception. In addition, the room access card repeatedly stopped working, and I had to return to the reception more than three times to have it reactivated.
It would be helpful to have a phone in the corridor to contact reception in such situations. Unfortunately, despite the repeated issue, the staff member at reception did not seem particularly concerned. It was quite frustrating, especially considering that for elderly guests, having to use the elevator multiple times for the same issue can be very tiring.
Because of this experience, I would rate the service 2 stars. I stayed in room 206 under the name Veron Veko Yala.
