Best, most convenient, quiet stay in LES, NYC
Pros:

Amenities were great, comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, working and reliable AC, very friendly and responsive staff

Cons:

Everything was great; maybe shampooing carpets more often but it was pretty typical for hotel rooms

不太好因为厕所天天堵
Pros:

卫生还可以

Cons:

窗不隔音，房卡不太好使，马桶每天都堵😇，虽然告诉前台，很快会有人来疏通，但不能大便，不能扔手纸否则就会堵，后几天我们只好去地下健身房对面的厕所。

Hotel needs updating! Lobby has thrift store furniture.
Pros:

Location was great. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The place needs updating. It is worn and there was construction next door. The lobby is shabby and the lobby furniture looks like it belongs in a thrift store. They do not care what the place looks like. Sometimes there was only one person at the desk, so it took a long time to get help.

One day trip
Pros:

Stayed here for my quick one day trip. Very basic hotel not in a great part of the city but if you need to be on the LES it easy to get around. Smells like a bathroom when you walk in so that’s the first thing I noticed. Check in was easy enough and I arrived an hour early and was able to go straight to my room. The door to my hotel room was wonky so opening and closing it was a task. But for a basic hotel it was what I expected. I wouldn’t stay here again but if you need a no frill hotel this is it. The shower also had a weird step which was annoying, the bathroom was small but also expected with a basic hotel.

Cons:

Booking.com seems to have some deceptive, confusing booking practices. I booked a 'standard' room with 2 double beds (I was traveling with my elderly father for his dr appt in the city) on booking.com. I was surprised upon arrival to be given a room with one king sized bed. Apparently in booking.com parlance, 'standard' room means regardless of the specs you book and think you're paying for, the hotel just gives you whatever room they have available at the time. Interesting definition of 'standard.' We were stuck with no other options. I ended up having to inconvenience my family who live nearby in a cramped apartment while my father stayed in the room I did not specify in my reservation.
