Muy tranquila desconexion total

Ubicación perfecta a pie de playa con unas vistas preciosas, si quieres tranquilidad absoluta es ideal

Pocos servicios cercanos tiene en la tercera planta una especie de bar sala de juegos con un billar que necesitaría un cambio de tapete y tacos nuevos el jacuzzi exterior algo sucio

Servizio e personale ottimo. Tutti davvero gentili e disponibili. Ristorante Promar davvero ottimo: qualità super!!
Fantastico poter contare su lettini e ombrelloni inclusi nel prezzo in spiaggia: anche il personale della spiaggia davvero super gentile e ottima idea i materassini per sdraio!

Cons:

Peccato che la vista mare della junior suite fosse ostacolata dal tetto del ristorante. Purtroppo lupgrade non era possibile per struttura al completo.
Peccato non aver potuto scegliere il servizio mezza pensione per cena: il ristorante era prelibato e la qualità ottima ma dovendo mangiare sempre alla carta un po dispendioso…

Hitze, Fliegen, und schlechter Belüftung - eher für Abenteuerlustige als für Erholungssuchende

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, die Lage ist daher sehr gut, und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Cons:

Schon am Gang im ersten Stock wurden wir von einem eigenartigen Geruch empfangen. Im Zimmer wartete dann das eigentliche Begrüßungskomitee: etwa 5-10 Fliegen.

Eine Klimaanlage gibt es leider nicht, sondern nur ein Belüftungssystem, das seinen Namen eher als Wunsch versteht. Um das Zimmer halbwegs auf eine erträgliche Temperatur zu bringen, musste die Balkontür dauerhaft geöffnet bleiben.

Das führte allerdings zum nächsten Problem: Da es weder Fliegengitter noch Netze gibt, entwickelte sich unser Zimmer schnell zur Außenstelle der lokalen Fliegenpopulation. Rausbekommen haben wir sie ungefähr so gut wie das Belüftungssystem die warme Luft.

Nachts kam dann noch die Bar direkt unter unserem Zimmer dazu. Schön, dass sie bei den Einheimischen so beliebt ist, unser Schlaf war davon allerdings weniger begeistert. Balkontür offen: laut. Balkontür zu: tropisches Klima. Eine klassische Lose-Lose-Situation.

Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir von einer (wirklich freundlichen) Mitarbeiterin einen Luftkühler, der mit Wasser arbeitet. Nett gemeint, aber in einem ohnehin schon heißen und feuchten Zimmer war das ungefähr so hilfreich wie ein Föhn in der Sauna.

Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Weniger erfreulich war allerdings das Mittagessen im Restaurant: Auf der Käseplatte befand sich Schimmel, der dort definitiv nicht hingehörte. Nachdem wir den Teller zurückgebracht hatten, beschränkte sich die Reaktion auf ein knappes „Sorry“. Da hätten wir uns ehrlich gesagt etwas mehr erwartet.

Nach der zweiten Nacht haben wir unseren Aufenthalt schließlich abgebrochen und sind vorzeitig abgereist. Beim Auschecken teilten wir mit, dass wir früher abreisen. Die Antwort war ein knappes, routiniertes „Okay“. So souverän vorgetragen, dass wir uns kurz fragten, ob wir heute schon die Zehnten waren. Eine Nachfrage nach dem Grund oder ein Versuch, die Situation zu retten, blieb leider aus.

estadia maravilhosa, sossego e vista linda, optimo para relaxar.
Pros:

gostei do quarto, conformo acomodação, lim+eza, cama branquinha e jacuzzi tudo bem limpo.
disponibilidade e prontidão da entrega de comida no quarto. vista maravilhosa e disponibilidade de chapeu e cadeiras na praia.

Cons:

gostei de tudo mas devia melhorar as maquinas de distribuição de café ou a atenção dos funcionários ao funcionamento das mesmas na hora do pequeno almoço, sendo que há mais afluência. mas a funcionário prontificou se a fazer manual.
não gostei de facto de ver sujidade grudada no jacuzzi exterior e água turva.

Um ponto de vista
Pros:

O hotel é bastante confortável, sossegado, tem uma boa localização para quem quer descansar e fazer praia, nota se que os quartos tem manutenção, em termos de funcionários não há nada negativo, pelo menos os que tive diretamente interação, super acessíveis, compreensíveis, simpáticos. Voltarei sem dúvida.

Cons:

O parque de estacionamento podia ter outro funcionamento, a limpeza poderia ser feita a outra hora ou ter mais funcionários para conseguir não estender a hora da limpeza tanto, o elevador não estava a funcionar a 100% várias vezes tivemos que recorrer as escadas, pormenores que para o hotel que é faz a diferença

Pagamos una junior suite y la habitación era demasiado pequeña.
Hotel cómodo por su cercanía a la playa pero sin vida, sin actividad si querías tomar algo en el propio bar o en el salón de arriba.

Die Lage in der Bucht ist einzigartig, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Es gibt dort nur zwei Hotels und zwei Restaurants, einen kleinen Badestrand und einen Fluss, den man mit Kajaks und Tretbooten befahren kann. Ansonsten alles sehr entspannt, sehr ruhig, eine schöne Stimmung und wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet die Zimmer sind klein, aber schön. Das vorgelagerte Restaurant ist zugleich der frühstücksraum und bietet ein wundervolles Panorama. Es gibt einen kleinen Spa-Bereich mit Schwimmbad Sauna und Whirlpool und oben auf dem Dach gibt es noch ein offenes kleines Schwimmbad und ebenfalls ein Whirlpool. Alles, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub in Portugal braucht. Fährt man ein wenig südlich die Küste runter etwa 5 km in den Badeort Santa Cruz, hat man eine wundervolle Infrastruktur. Auf dem Weg dahin liegen von Klippen umgebende traumhafte Sandstrände, riesig groß und teilweise menschenleer.
