Pros:

Everything was wonderful. We really managed to relax and recharge even during a short weekend, surrounded by nature and enjoying the spa. We stayed with our dog and kitten, and the hotel made sure they also had everything they needed to feel comfortable and relaxed.

Cons:

The only small issue was the phone opposite the bed, which stayed lit all night. We couldn’t find how to turn it off, so we had to cover it with a towel.

A cozy mini village out of town
Pros:

We loved the concept of the place, a mini village out of town. The rooms are very cozy, and we got a free upgrade, which was great. The staff are helpful, the lounge area with games is great, and we loved that there was good coffee. And there’s the pool, gym, spa, coworking.

Cons:

Some things in the room were less practical. For one, the cozy lights outside were beaming into the bedroom at night, so we had to request them to be turned off. We also had to cover the emergency exit lights above the door, as they were super bright and still visible through a folded towel. Also, the window covering in the bathroom is see-through, so we kept the lights off while going to the bathroom at night.

Cons:

Quarto e WC muito “acanhados”. Pouca atenção na manutenção do quarto - comando da TV sem pilhas, lavatório parcialmente entupido, água demora muito a escoar, e pouca pressão no chuveiro!

Relaxing stay with great spa experience and great food, just some minor things to make it perfect
Pros:

It was an adorable and relaxing stay! I wish the bed was bigger, maybe next time is best to have two individual beds and put them together.
The Spa was great, and the staff there was also so helpful and client-oriented, thank you!
the bakery and restaurant are really good.
The breakfast included is totally worth it!

Cons:

There was some noise late from other guests outside in the common areas, I wish there was rules for quiet from 10pm on or the rooms would be really noise isolated, it was really not letting us sleep well.

I wished more vegetarian or even vegan options in the restaurant and bakery!

When we were there the spa was pretty new and something were still being installed, but it was okay.

Also the spa is family/children friendly, which I appreciate and think is a good thing, but I recommend having certain rules around it about noise, music, for example. And maybe some support or guidance on what is recommended for which ages (like sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge, all that may not be suitable always for babies, toddlers or young children. Still there is a steam room, much less hotter and a cold pool, that are for sure good for everyone. I ma not an expert, but guidance would be good.
