Un emplacement idéal
Pros:

l'emplacement dans le barrio de Santa Cruz : proche des principaux sites touristiques : Alcazar Catedral permet de faire toutes les visites à pieds
la possibilité de prndre un pot sur belle place de l'hôtel (Plaza Dona Elvira)
La proximité de bars à tapas à 5 minutes à pieds de l'hôtel
la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel
Une remarque : pour les sites hors centre ne pas hésiter à prendre des taxis dant les prix sont raisonnables

Cons:

Pas de porte savon dans la douche
Petit déjeuner servi à 9 h 30 : fait commencer les visites à 10 h30 alors que les guides recommandent de visiter "à la fraîche" tôt le main !

Lovely stay in this great hotel. Well located and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was the best. Lovely picturesque quiet square and very close to the cathedral. Great terrace, comfy beds and friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like. The most minor thing, would be better to have larger cups. Only tiny ones were provided in the room, not great for tea!!!

Wonderful, quaint and quiet.
Pros:

Excellent location. Lovely plaza right out front. Staff was very helpful. Room was small but perfect for 2 who are out sightseeing. The staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and stored luggage. We would stay here again.

Perfect location in the heart of Santa Cruz, staff couldn’t have done more to help us! Any issues we had were resolved, they gave us recommendations, nothing was too much!

Superb location, boutique hotel, helpful staff
Pros:

The location is unbeatable. There are dozens of restaurants within minutes walk, minutes from the Real Alcazar and cathedral. There are not many rooms and the front desk staff spoke English well and were very helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and the air conditioning is good. Our only complaint was that the rooftop patio (a feature we looked for) did not have shade since apparently the umbrellas were gone for cleaning, so we could not use the rooftop patio. It would have been nice if the rooftop patio was open beyond 10pm since this is dusk.

We paid a high price for only booking a few weeks in advance (180 euros per night) which felt like poor value but the prices available booking further in advance are very reasonable.
