Perfect location in the heart of Santa Cruz, staff couldn’t have done more to help us! Any issues we had were resolved, they gave us recommendations, nothing was too much!
Booked on the day as we were in Seville and decided to stay the night. Great location, very clean hotel. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again
The location is unbeatable. There are dozens of restaurants within minutes walk, minutes from the Real Alcazar and cathedral. There are not many rooms and the front desk staff spoke English well and were very helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and the air conditioning is good. Our only complaint was that the rooftop patio (a feature we looked for) did not have shade since apparently the umbrellas were gone for cleaning, so we could not use the rooftop patio. It would have been nice if the rooftop patio was open beyond 10pm since this is dusk.
We paid a high price for only booking a few weeks in advance (180 euros per night) which felt like poor value but the prices available booking further in advance are very reasonable.

The staff was very helpful, the people working there are truly friendly and responded to my requests immediately. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the location.
I understand it's just a 3-star standard, but the room was very hot. The air conditioning was quite loud and ineffective. The staff did their best, but it seems to be the fault of an outdated AC system. Honestly, for this reason alone, it was one of the worst places I've ever stayed at.

Joli hôtel sur la très belle place Elvira. Plein de charme. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse qui donnait sur la place bordée d’orangers. Très belle vue. Très paisible en plein coeur du vieux centre.

Just returned from 4 days in beautiful Seville, having stayed at the Boutique Hotel Elvira Plaza. What a lovely little place, situated in the old Jewish area of the city, its location is both pretty, but close to the centre of the town.
Wonderfully quiet in the evening, set on a courtyard of colourful tiled benches, shaded under orange trees with a little fountain in the centre. There’s couple of small bar/restaurants in the square, but these don’t become intrusive or noisy, indeed they lend themselves to the ambience of the area.
The hotel itself is small, but very well presented, clean and comfortable.
The staff were attentive, but not “in your face “, offering a warm welcome and proffering advice to ensure you have a pleasant stay and experience all Seville has to offer.
Tho only minor issues with our room was the AC, it was really hot the days we stayed and the room could have been a little cooler, only a small niggle , but otherwise a very nice experience.
Highly recommend.

Décoration impersonnelle d'un célèbre designer suédois et beaucoup de choses déglinguées: toilette, robinet du lavabo chancelant. Pas de petit frigo, pas de rangement possible et pas de petits déjeuners.
Les plantes mortes dans les pots sur la terrasse...
Le personnel sans aucune aide et efficacité alors que je me suis fait voler mon portefeuille 3mn avant mon arrivée à l'hôtel! L'hôtel est totalement inaccessible en voiture...
