Love to stay and will definitely go back here. I wish i cud stay a whole week here.
Pros:

Newly renovated. Lighting is very good not too dark but bright and warm. The water pressure is amazing. I stayed at non smoking floor but still it can be smell the cigarettes at the corridor. Again when u go inside the room the smell has gone. Well done. The picture on the website is a good reference.

Cons:

Cigarettes smell is everywhere even on the corridor of non-smoking floor and in the lift.

The ambience, the shoppes, the shows, the people, the rooms, everything! The service is top-notch!

Jayzel is very thorough, everything was well thought of from the moment we stepped into the property until the moment we stepped out. She has been impeccable since day 1. This is our 2nd time staying and she always delivers. It is because of her that we have 2 more bookings in the works!

Sanjieb was the best ambassador. He effectively represented the brand, the hotel by being super accommodating and helpful.

Even Sally from The Conservatory was excellent. Her recommendations are amazing!

Cons:

I cannot think of any. We have not checked out yet but I already made another booking. That’s how good this place is.

Breakfast was very good 😊

Cons:

Took long for check in.

No information at reception about what time things open and close.

Booking.com didn't specify if we wanted a smoking or non smoking room at the time of doing the booking so when we arrived we was booked in a smoking room which I declined because I don't smoke.

Everywhere within the hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

It was quite comfortable except that our rest was interrupted by housekeeping.
Pros:

They gave us complementary tickets to the Eiffel Tower. Also, there is a choice of pillows which help to relieve my neck discomfort.

Cons:

Cleaning Time was in the afternoon when we were resting in the room.

名匯逛街買東西地點都很方便，但是早餐內容都沒有改、每一天都很膩，因為住了五天四夜
Pros:

我App可以直接聯繫房務跟需要訂餐廳，我覺得都是即時回覆很方便

打掃的人員我覺得可以再仔細一點，因為都有看到一些不是我本人的毛髮

An Exceptional Experience – Hospitality at Another Level
Pros:

Our stay at The Londoner Macao was, quite simply, exceptional in every respect.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything reflected an extraordinary level of quality, attention to detail and professionalism. The hotel itself is magnificent, the rooms are superb, the facilities are outstanding and the standards of cleanliness are impeccable.

What impressed us most, however, was the remarkable level of service. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, efficient and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Every detail seemed to be anticipated, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The quality and variety of the breakfast were also outstanding, as were the hotel's restaurants, bars and overall facilities. Everything is designed and operated to an exceptionally high standard.

Having stayed in many excellent five-star hotels around the world, we have to say that the overall experience at The Londoner Macao represents a level of hospitality, service and attention to detail that would be extremely difficult to replicate.

It was one of the highlights of our trip and undoubtedly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
