Themenhotel mitten im Casinoviertel von Macao
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Casinoviertel von Macao, riesige Hotelanlage, Themenhotel (London), Fassade und im Inneren viele Dinge, die an London erinnern (Big Ben, Telefonzelle, U-Bahn-Wagon, Bären etc.), großes Casino, viele exklusive und teure Markenshops, wenig Restaurants und Bars, auf Grund der Größe ist das Hotel sehr unübersichtlich und unpersönlich. Transfer vom/zum Flughafen und in die Altstadt wird angeboten.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt ein Erlebnis, daher haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

Leider kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern a-la-Carte-Gerichte zum Frühstück, nur 1 Getränkt pro Person zum Frühstück, was wir sehr kleinlich gefunden haben.

住倫敦人名匯，真的有一種賓至如歸的感覺
Pros:

準備入住酒店時遇見禮賓部的馮先生，很親切的向我們介紹澳門的各個景點，還安排飯店的車送我們去景點及送了我們巴黎鐵塔的門票。最後一天回國時，馮先生知道我們要回國的事情還主動幫我們安排了機場接送，讓我們有可以搭著飯店寬敞的車子去搭飛機。這趟旅程真的非常慶幸訂了倫敦人名匯酒店還遇見了馮先生，真的有一種賓至如歸的感覺！

沒有迎賓禮物，瑞吉都有，名匯沒有，很失望 眼罩也沒有，燙衣服務也沒有，早知道我們就選瑞吉 三點到酒店辦理入住，跟他說要高樓層和看見鐘樓的房間 入到房間後發炎，完全看不見鐘樓… 白等了兩個小時

非常值得來體驗的酒店
Pros:

從進禮賓櫃檯開始就受到禮賓人員以及櫃檯人員無微不至的照顧與關心，尤其是Gabi從櫃檯帶領我們到房間全程介紹著酒店所有設施及環境，讓第一次來澳門的我們舒緩了不少緊張，是完全會想要再帶家人來體驗的酒店。
