非常棒的住宿體驗，電動窗簾有三層即使到早上也夠黑真的很棒！

員工服務。
這次是6/7星期日入住一晚。
此次的住宿雖然只有一晚，但是從辦理入住手續開始，就感受到很好的服務。櫃檯員Annie非常親切也很貼心的注意到我們的需求，並且也提供了很有用的資訊。

而另外一位讓我們感受到優質服務的是服務中心的Alex，他非常細心、貼心、提供了非常棒的服務，從他身上真的能感受到飯店人的’’Hospitality”！

非常感謝兩位員工帶給我們這麼棒的服務體驗，也讓我們的這趟澳門慶生之旅更添精彩並且別具意義！

Excellent and very clean facility with amazing staff
Pros:

The property was in a great location. Very clean and always smelt so good. The staff were all helpful and very nice! Orly，Danilo and Sanjeb were amazing people. They all went above and beyond.

Loved every moment of staying at the Londoner a real experience and we will be back again at some point in the future
Pros:

The rooms in the hotel were absolutely beautiful, the beds were comfy, the linen was top quality and on top of that that Jo Malone products in the bathroom released out and gave the stay a more luxurious feel.
