We loved everything ! Excellent location. The hotel staff were so attentive and could not do more for us. The hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. There is a member of staff that cooks eggs fresh in the outdoor area, the omelettes were delicious. The outdoor pool is lovely. We came back late one evening and fancied a swim in the pool the staff did not hesitate to put the lighting on in the pool area for us to enjoy. The staff provided lots of excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. They arranged for a private tour guide to take us around to various attractions. They provided umbrellas, which were very useful when coming in rainy season. I would definitely recommend.

Great room, large and comfortable. Good breakfast. the pool was great in the hot weather we experienced. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Thapae Gate and Sunday market. Highly recommended place to stay in Chiang Mai. We went back three times during our six week Thailand holiday.

The hotel is central, it's a small but lovely hotel.
Lots of unique little spaces. Old furniture as decorations around the hotel. Rooms are nice, small but everything you need and nicely decorated.
This can't be helped but the pool being at the front of the hotel is a little off putting but we still used it and it is fine.

Quiet location, but still walkable to everything in town. Amazing staff - very helpful and treated with such kindness and respect. Breakfast was delicious and varied each morning. Pool was gorgeous and room was very clean! I highly recommend this hotel in Chiang Rai!

Too far away from the central entertainment district.
Breakfast, the pool, big comfy bed, the staff. We booked a day trip with the hotel. It was excellent, the driver was very good.
Bathroom floor tiles were very slippy. We both nearly had a serious accident. The hotel is about 15/20 minutes away from the main bar/restaurant area. But 15/20 minutes walking in that heat and humidity is brutal. We would probably book a hotel in the centre next time.
