Location was super good, atmosphere i really loved the calm atmosphere its was peaceful, the staffs were very kind to me they made me so comfortable that i didn’t had any issues here
The only thing i had was like sometimes wifi was not ok other than that everything was perfect 4.8 stars out of 5

We stayed at the club rooms. Good location, simple rooms, neat and very convenient. Recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in chembur. Just beware of people asking for tips- many of them tend to gang up and ask for exhorbitant sums for no reason.

For a two day family reunion at Mumbai. Had a comfortable stay. Food is good and the staff are very hospitable. Quiet locality in comparison to other locations in Mumbai.

This is at the best a good budget hotel, but they charge you more than a five star hotel for reasons best known to them; perhaps lack of better properties in the vicinity.
Imagine paying 10k plus per night for an ordinary room but not able to watch the FIFA World Cup in spite of repeated plea. A godforsaken cable tv connection is provided in the room which has more local content. It is expected that guests will come from across the country/globe. Then why are the tv channels so heavy with local content? Foolish at the best.
Complimentary water provided in the room in glass bottles are so tightly screwed that every time one has to call someone to open it for you. If you try hard, the bottle neck will give in, but the cap won't budge. Repeated complaints didn't solve the problem.
Snacks kept with the minibar is grotesque. Imagine dehydrated okra and jackfruit from an unknown local brand! If you want something to munch with your tea/coffee you can't have a decent cookie or snacks from a reputed brand.
Breakfast has all nuts and seeds, oh, so healthy, but no oats/muesli.
Overall, it is absolutely clear that the property is not managed by anyone with professional qualification. While you pay an exorbitant price , you get a totally disorganised and unprofessional service by untrained and inhuman staff
AND IMAGINE, THEY BOAST OF MARRIOT NAME!
Sincere advice, AVOID by all means.

We had a wonderful stay at Fern residency Chembur, recently. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff was very helpful. Abhishek and Sahil need special mention as they looked after us really well. Our room steward was excellent. This was a very memorable stay and will definitely try to book this hotel whenever we return to Mumbai.

Excellent hospitality. The front desk team is very supportive especially Mr Sachin, Mr Omkar and others. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food is very tasty. Thanks to the restaurant team for guiding various menu as per our comfort esp. Mr. Mihir, Mr. Ruchiket, Mr. Sahil and Mr. Abhishek.
Worth visiting again. Strongly recommended.

The check in process was quick. I made a request for a nice room as my previous experience wasn’t all that good . The executive manning the desk Mr P Sandeep was kind enough to upgrade my room and personally escorted me to show the room . This personal touch made my stay a very pleasant one .

Location is good. Peace and quiet atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Value is high but so are the amenities worth every penny. Clean and hygienic rooms and washroom area.

Our stay at The Fern Residency by Marriott, Chembur on 19th and 20th April 2026, during a family wedding, was truly exceptional.

Having booked 16 rooms well in advance, we experienced seamless coordination right from the start. A special mention to Mr. Sachin, the Reception Manager, whose professionalism and attentiveness stood out. He understood our requirements in detail and extended full cooperation, ensuring that even the smallest requests were handled efficiently—something that makes a significant difference during wedding events.

The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the overall service standards were impressive.

We sincerely appreciate the hospitality extended and would highly recommend this property for group stays and family occasions.

We came here for family dinner. Food is awesome. Service is super excellent, specially Mr. Bhola has given wonderful treatment. Will revisit soon
