Cons:

rooms could have better storing facility like drawers etc for keeping clothes and other personal items. the bathroom size is a bit small for liking, but otherwise the exceptional service levels make up more than for the shortfalls

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay with the king size bed room given to me. The staff and the kitchen chef made me feel very comfortable and they took care of all my diet needs as well. I would strongly recommend my friends and relatives to come and stay here at the Fern residency. I am looking forward to come back here in future. THANKYOU VERY MUCH.

I recently stayed at The Fern Residency, Chembur for two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. What truly stood out was the best-in-class hospitality and the incredibly warm and welcoming team.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and thoughtful service. The entire team was courteous, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. The hospitality felt personal and effortless, which made the experience even more special.

The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Every interaction with the staff reflected professionalism and genuine care. The food at The Frontyard was amazing they have both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. The spread was very good breakfast had soo many options to choose from.

A big thank you to the entire team at The Fern Residency, Chembur, for making my two-night stay so memorable. Exceptional hospitality, a wonderful team, and a warm experience — definitely a place I would be happy to return to!

Good option for business travelers only staying a few days
Pros:

Service at the hotel was really fantastic! The staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate any requests. In-room dining is 24/7 as well which is amazing for convenience. The restaurant attached to the hotel has a good selection of food. The restaurant food is good as well. Area around the hotel is mostly residential. Do note that there's a school right beside.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is mostly Indian options which is fine except most food is quite heavy to eat in the morning. Western options and lighter options are limited. Taste is average as well. Rooms and toilets are average. Not many amenities in the property.

Location was super good, atmosphere i really loved the calm atmosphere its was peaceful, the staffs were very kind to me they made me so comfortable that i didn’t had any issues here

Comfortable convenient but beware of tips
Pros:

We stayed at the club rooms. Good location, simple rooms, neat and very convenient. Recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in chembur. Just beware of people asking for tips- many of them tend to gang up and ask for exhorbitant sums for no reason.

Great stay for a short family get together
Pros:

For a two day family reunion at Mumbai. Had a comfortable stay. Food is good and the staff are very hospitable. Quiet locality in comparison to other locations in Mumbai.
