Fabulous stay at this lovely hotel!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, about a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Sorrento. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Fabulous pool with good bar facilities - towels provided to use at the pool. Comfortable bed, lots of fresh towels and good air con. Highly recommended!

Good stay. Terrible check out experience.
Pros:

The hotel was decent standard for a three star and in a good location.

Cons:

Awful experience at check out. We were refused access to the pool area after checking out. We only wanted use the pool facilities for a couple of hours and there were numerous pool beds available. The man at reception was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome at the hotel. We have stayed in hotels across Europe and were never made feel so unwelcomed after check out. This really tarnished our view of the hotel. The hotel appears to prioritise locals to access the pool instead of people who have paid a substantial amount of money to stay at the hotel.

Sorrento is as promised, stunning!
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Lack of attention to detail, no water on arrival offered when so hot, no water in the room. No food after 3pm, pool
closes at 7pm and clearly used a lot by non hotel guests. For the money charged per night small things could make it better.

Hotel perfetto sia per la posizione che come struttura: nuova e tenuta bene. La piscina è una chicca. Posizione perfetta poco fuori dal centro storico. Personale sempre disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Excellent location, everything you could possibly need for a few days in Sorrento.

Pool open to non residents. When you come back from a day sightseeing and want to relax by the pool for a few hours and find it full of noisy local children.

Propreté et parking. Très bon wifi.

Cons:

Lits étroits ! Insonorisation perfectible (bruits côté rue).
Fruits pas mûrs au petit déjeuner.
La facturation de 25 euros pour pouvoir laisser la voiture au parking le jour du départ.
