Uma experiência incrível e que se estiver novamente na cidade ficarei no hotel de novo.
Pros:

Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados, o quarto extremamente limpo e muito bem equipado. O café da manhã com muita variedade e qualidade. A localização é incrível e inclusive tem estacionamento gratuito sem a necessidade de reserva, o que foi um diferencial. O chuveiro também é sensacional.

purtroppo nulla.

Cons:

stanza sporca e fredda. condizionatori/riscaldamenti non funzionanti, ci siamo praticamente congelati di notte ed è metà maggio. letto sporco, con coperte lavate male e comunque molto vecchie. servizi inesistenti. nemmeno una bottiglietta d' acqua nel frigobar, vuoto. colazione ridicola. caos al di fuori della stanza. personale in reception scortese. quindi livello da motel a ore, quando invece si tratta di un 3 stelle nel centro di Sorrento. per la cifra spesa, ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. dispiace scrivere recensioni di questo tipo, ma è stata purtroppo un' esperienza estremamente deludente, da non ripetere. nemmeno Barbieri riuscirebbe a migliorare questa situazione.
