Pros:

Our stay was delightful. Ebada and Velid at the reception, along with Gamze from the housekeeping staff, provided exceptional service, consistently displaying a pleasant and respectful attitude. The night we arrived, Ebada carried our 4 suitcases up the stairs leading to the elevator all by herself. The hotel's location is prime, overlooking a vibrant park and situated near numerous shopping and dining options. We would undoubtedly select this hotel for our next visit to Istanbul.

Cons:

The only issue we encountered was the stairs leading to the elevator, which posed a challenge for my husband due to his limited vision and mobility.

I loved how comfortable th appartment was and had afully equiped kitchen as i had to cook at home for my daughter who has dietry restrictions. They also allowed us early check in since our flight arrived earlier than check out time

We had a really great stay and a wonderful time here. The apartment was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The housekeeping team was especially very helpful and always accommodating.

One very thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated was when we came back to the apartment after a long day and found a bag with sweets for Bayram waiting for us. It was such a cute and thoughtful surprise.

Even though Istanbul can be quite busy and full of traffic, the location of the apartment was perfect for us. Our window faced the park, which gave us a lovely view and made the nights surprisingly quiet. It was also nice to have a small park nearby to sit and relax.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back anytime. Thank you for the lovely experience 🙏🏾 Güle Güle 🧿
