Alles sauber und zweckmässig.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Lage ist top. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch viele Restaurants sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar.
Frühstück ist gut. Eher typisch japanisch. Gute Auswahl.
Onsen vorhanden, wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious our suite was! It felt like having our own little apartment, complete with a separate living area with a couch and table, a private bedroom with a cozy sitting area, and a beautiful bathroom with a really unique shower. The layout made our stay feel extra comfortable.
We also rented bikes from the hotel, which was such a fun way to explore the area. There’s a delicious little bakery just around the corner to the left when you walk out of the hotel that I highly recommend visiting! They have a milk bread that we learned in famous. Overall the experience was just wonderful.
We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this hotel again.
The room was adequately sized and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to some of the main attractions in town and also has a good breakfast and onsen on site. It was worth the price to book here. Staff were very nice and helpful.
The facility itself is a bit older with some worn carpets in the stairs and hallways. It was a bit odd having to walk thru the lobby and past a restaurant and cafe to get to the onsen in your robe.

Thd room is small, the bath was built on the surface and it is small. TV with 5 chanells only Jap. No room for our 2 small trolly
城下町らしい歴史を感じるホテルです．松本民芸の家具、調度品が温かさと落ち着きを醸し出していて素晴らしい。もちろんホスピタリティも最高。
朝食ブッフェでお料理の食べ方がわからない外国の方々が見受けられたので英語の表示があれば良いなと思いました。
매우 친절. 좋은 위치와 청결한 스파. 맛있는 조식.
