Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zur letztem Jahr nicht mehr so gut. Die Qualität hat sehr nachgelassen.

Nettes Personal.., jedoch alles andere nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Minibar ,keine Getränke zum Empfang , Hunde sind willkommen, - ...aber kein Wassernapf...einfach nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, man kann sich kaum bewegen. Es gibt kein Komfort...., kein Ambiente . Beaune selbst ist toll und eine Reise und Besuch wert. ..

Kaum etwas...die Ibis Hotel Kette in Spanien ist viel besser ..

Hier ist im Bereich der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich noch deutlich Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Zimmer waren sehr gut. Fussläufig in den Ort nur ein paar Minuten.

Cons:

Die Rezeptionistin war meiner Meinung nach für diese Aufgabe am Abend der Anreise vollkommen überfordert.
Sie konnte oder wollte kein Englisch sprechen. IBIS ist doch ein internationales Hotel ?
Später stand ein älteres Ehepaar und ich an der Rezeption, aber die Rezeptionistin telefonierte mit einem Kollegen endlos über irgendwelche EDV Probleme. Sie liess uns einfach ca 15 Minuten warten.

Das Frühstück war m.E. nur mangelhaft: Brot , Marmelade, Kaffee ok, aber die Wurstwaren und das Obst waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.

Das Personal war mehrsprachig und sehr freundlich. Kaffee, Wasser, Teel gibt es umsonst, Bar hat bis 24 Uhr offen, Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Air Condition kam selbst mit 38°C außen gut klar.
