Et fantastisk sted med nydelig utsikt
Pros:

Matutvalget I buffeen var veldig bra, alt fra vestlig til asiatisk mat. Noe foe enhver smak😃

Cons:

Hotellet bærer litt preg av at det er gammelt, men har absolutt sjarm. Vi hadde rom med utsikt til innsjøen og det var fantastisk

Pros:

L’onsen est excellent, avec plusieurs bains différents dont un avec hydro-massage.
La vue sur le lac était top.
Facile pour garer la voiture au parking de l’hôtel.

wonderful team and great accommodation
Pros:

They were very helpful both during the booking process and throughout our stay. We were celebrating my husband's birthday; they assisted with all the arrangements and kept everything a secret beforehand.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, clean, the onsen public and private were incredible, afternoon snacks and coffee/drinks available in lobby rest area. Breakfast buffet was great.

Cons:

Disliked that I only stayed for 2 nights. I was not able to reserve kaiseki dinner, but that was my fault for not reserving ahead of time for 1st night and 2nd night it was not available at all.
