非常舒服的飯店，一泊二食，餐點房間都令人滿意。日後秋冬再來會再入住。

Pros:

La vue sur le mont-fuji depuis l'espace restauration.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel.
La superbe vue des chambres sur Le lac. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Trouve plein de cheveux dans le onsen privé. Il aurait bien de filtre l'eau après chaque passage.
La salle de bain de la chambre un peu vieillot et manque d'entretien.

A Stat as magical as Mt. Fuji
Pros:

The lake views were stunning, the amenities and on-site spa were terrific. The breakfasts were the best we had in Japan. If you are looking to relax and refresh, I highly recommend

Pros:

Era una habitación preciosa con vista al lago que es precioso. El onsen es espectacular y el personal es de diez, siento no acordarme del nombre de la mujer tan amable que nos enseñó el hotel y la habitación, pero era estupenda, muy simpática y servicial.

Cons:

Nada, todo fue perfecto. Una nube fue la culpable de que no pudiésemos ver el monte Fuji, pero contra eso no se puede hacer nada, jajajaja

飯店位置極佳，晚餐很讚而且窗景就是富士山，服務佳！

Cons:

有提供自助小點（餅乾.茶水），但建議可以24小時提供！結帳的時候有一個泡湯服務費，雖然價格不高，但因為根本沒有使用所以另外被收費感覺不是很好

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien placé entre le lac et le mont Fuji. La gare est très proche, le service de navette depuis la gare est très appreciable, le personnel est très agréable et met tout en œuvre pour le bien être des clients. Nous remercions spécialement Ara qui a été d’une grande aide et gentillesse pour nous aider à récupérer un bagage oublié dans un bus.
Les petits déjeuners et diners sont variés et de qualité.
La chambre familiale avec onsen privé et vue sur le lac était top.

We did not get the room we paid for
Cons:

They gave us a ADA room with beds that looked like hospital beds. We never booked an ADA room and when we told them and asked for another room they told us that the hotel was sold out and that they could not do anything about it. What was supposed to be the highlight of our trip turned out to be a nightmare!
