El hotel es espectacular!
Nos buscaron en la estación de trenes y ahí comenzó la magnífica experiencia de hospedarnos en el hotel!
El servicio, la atención, la cena en el hotel, el onsen, el cuarto, las camas, la limpieza… todo fue increíble y maravilloso!

Pros:

Hotel was very responsive via Booking.com messaging. Their shuttle service to the station is very convenient. Our room had a wonderful view and was very spacious. We had an awesome time there!

Ok for a short stay
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful

Cons:

A little dated, stuck in the 1980’s. Could do with some modernisation. Location was ok, the other side of the lake had better views

Lovely and relaxing
Pros:

Excellent location; friendly and helpful staff
Very relaxing atmosphere
We loved our private onsen
Loved the buffet dinner and breakfast

Cons:

One minor detail is that tattoos are not allowed in the public onsen so please be aware of that when you book
