とても良かったです
Pros:

ホテルの方がみなさん親切で挨拶も毎回してくださって温かい雰囲気のホテルでした
ブッフェも品数が多くてたくさんいただきました
障害者対応のお部屋に宿泊しましたが、お部屋が広くてバリアフリーで目の前に富士山が見えて、とても良いお部屋でした

Over all forventning! Kommer gjerne igjen :)
Pros:

Fantastisk hotell med sjarm og koselige detaljer. Herlig spa (onsen) i underetasjen som jeg hadde helt for meg selv kl 8 om morgenen. Veldig hyggelig betjening!

Utrolig bra middagsbuffé med masse å velge mellom! Sushi, kjøtt, sjømat, desserter, masse ulik drikke med og uten alkohol.

Fint med et observatorierom øverst for å se Fuji. Dessverre var det litt for overskyet denne gangen.

Cons:

Ingenting. Men litt synd at utebassenget bare er åpent i sommersesongen.

Pros:

Near to lake kawaguchicho, staff will drive u to/from lake kawaguchicho station upon request, staff check in your group individually, really nice n peaceful environment, great food too!!

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff and facilities
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room with lovely view, and fabulous onsen

Cons:

Would have liked tea and coffee to be available for more hours in the day.

Fuji in a whole is a run down town I would skip
