La moisissure le long du joint a la douche, l absence d un plateau pour se faire un kfe / the, le manque d espace penderie, certaines touches du coffre inutilisables, l aspect refectoire extrêmement bruyant au petit déjeuner, pas d espace extérieur pour y manger, le chambranle de la porte 216 éclaté, le minibar qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui a nécessité son remplacement, pas de poignée sur la baie vitrée pour faciliter son ouverture/ fermeture...

Hotel que volvería otra vez.
Pros:

Fuimos en setiembre y habian muy pocos niños. Además, si vas de L-V es mucho mejor que ir el finde ( se noto la gran cantidad de personas que llegaron el finde, igual se duplicó). El servicio de desayuno muy bien, era variado, sin colas de espera (salvo el finde). La piscina era increible, hay un bar en la piscina grande., luego hay otras dos para niños y tipo spa.
El hotel esta frente al mar y tiene una puerta de acceso a ella. Tuvimos servicio de spa adicional, muy completo. La habitación era grande, el Aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla, los baños eran grandes y cómodos. El servicio de animación muy bien, nos divertimos mucho! En relación al parking, al ir en setiembre, el parking en las calles era gratis, aparcamos al lado del hotel y no pagamos el parking. Nos ubicaron en una habitación con vistas al mar, increible.

Cons:

La zona de bares y ambiente esta a 20-25 minutos andado desde el hotel. Pero, es un paseo que vale la pena.

La piscina infinita, el chiringuito dentro de la misma, la atención del personal de bares y restaurantes así como de animación.

Cons:

Hacer el checkin a las 16 h me parece muy tarde, pierdes gran parte del día sin poderte ubicar. La limpieza de las habitaciones, bien como día a día, pero para ser un cuatro ****es muy deficitaria, los rincones de pisos negros, el baño fatal, las mamparas con cal. Tampoco le veo sentido que cierren el baño de 14 a 16 h. Vamos de vacaciones‼️

Falta calidad para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Me gustó el buffet.

Cons:

Que las toallas para la piscina hubiera que pagarlas y no te devolvieran el dinero al entregarlas. Además el water de la habitación no estaba lo suficientemente limpio y eso hizo que mi estancia no fuera tan agradable.

el check on hasta las 4 de la tarde te tienen esperando ( ya sé que pone que es a las 4) pero días antes te mandan un correo para que lo hagas y no tener que esperar y luego hasta las 4 de la tarde no te dan la habitación, me parece un poquito mal.
Además, en mi caso, tenía reservado habitación vista al mar y me dieron una con vista parcial.
