Pros:

Staff were fantastic Alba was extremely helpful and kind dealing with us and went above and beyond answering non hotel related questions. Super kind and professional

Cons:

Wardrobe and window couldn't open at the same time as they are too close to each other but not a major issue.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer hatte auch einen tollen Balkon.

Cons:

Im Bad war die Duscharmatur kaputt und die Steckdose im Bad hing halber draußen. Bei so einer Preisklasse nicht so toll.

O alojamento foi recuperado com muito bom gosto, criando um ambiente muito acolhedor e agradável. A senhora que nos recebeu foi extremamente simpática, prestável e sempre disponível para ajudar.

O quarto era confortável e estava muito limpo e organizado. Apenas como sugestão de melhoria, no nosso caso, teria sido mais confortável existir uma cama de casal, uma vez que viajávamos dois adultos e uma criança, em vez de duas camas individuais juntas.

Recomendamos vivamente este alojamento pela sua localização, limpeza, conforto, organização e pela simpatia com que fomos recebidos. Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

Cons:

No quarto onde ficámos (não sei se acontece em todos), o ar condicionado era um pouco ruidoso, o que acabou por perturbar o descanso durante a noite.

Além disso, existia uma luz de presença no quarto (presumo que seja obrigatória por questões de segurança) com uma intensidade demasiado elevada. A luminosidade era suficiente para dificultar o escuro necessário para uma noite de sono verdadeiramente reparadora.

El personal fabuloso, tanto el personal de limpieza( gracias Asun )como el de recepción y sobre todo Alba que nos dió mucha información sobre la ciudad.

La ubicación del hotel es magnífica.

Das Hotel 0berzeugt in einer historischen Stadtviilla, das sehr überzeugend renoviert wurde. Die Lage ist wunderbar, an einem Platz gelegen, unweit von einer Kirche und dem Markt entfernt.

Cons:

Die Notlichtbeleuchtung war zu hell und störte in der Nacht.

Pros:

Nice sized room and I had a beautiful view. It was wonderful to have a bath after walking the Camino—what a luxury! The layout of the room is a bit odd but it works—just watch your shins around the corner of the bed because it’s a bit tight. As far as location within the city this is perfect—so easy to get to everything. The bed was comfortable and cozy.

Cons:

Beware of noise. There are several bars/cafes right outside and people were outside talking and partying until 1am. Not really the fault of the hotel, just a downside to a convenient location. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. The TV is old and not that functional-it’s a glorified decoration. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.
