Blisko centrum. Klima dziala dobrze, wi- fi jest. Blisko hotelu jest parking podziemny- miejski, ale mozna tam zostawić samochod. Hotel ma winde, sniadania w "stołowce" w piwnicy - mogą byc. Wygodne łóżka, miły i pomocny personel - chociaz dogadacie sie szybciej na migi niz po angielsku. Ale moze tak po prostu trafiliśmy.

Cons:

Ech, tego bedzie wiecej niz plusów. Po pierwsze - to nie sa żadne 4 gwiazdki, to sa maksymalnie 3. Hotel przytłacza atmosferą - ciężkie meble, ciężkie zasłony, wszystko sprawia wrażenie ze albo się rozpada albo zaraz rozpadnie. Na prawdę nie rozumiem dlaczego ze ściany odstaje jakis kabel, w innym miejscu cos zwisa na podobnym kablu, tu cos lata luzem tam cos zaraz sie urwie, tu drzwi sie nie zamykają na kalmke (tylko na zamek), itd. W łazience jest wanna z prysznicem - to powinien byc nobel - jak nie ustawisz opcji (kran / prysznic / deszczownica) i tak leci ze wszystkiego. I co bardzo mnie denerwuje - ale to nie tylko dotyczy tego hotelu - parkingu hotel nie ma zadnego! Jest podziemny - miejski albo z 10 miejsc naziemnych, za ktore trzeba płacić przez aplikację. Opis w booking ma info o parkingu hotelowym! Ech, duzo pracy przed Wami.

Rooms are quite clean and very large.

Cons:

The smell on room 230 was horrible. Something has to be fixed, most probably the old piping.
Pictures presented as advertise on Booking are far from reality.

Cons:

I set my arrival schedule at 14 but I came in early at 12, my room was ready but the reception clerk asked me a 50 Lei tax for early arrival ; and didn't gave me any receipt ; Not courteous since the room was empty and ready and bordering of ransom .

The blockage was no reflection on the staff, who were all helpful and sympathetic.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the toilet and bath/shower outlet got blocked and the bathroom floor was flooded. The reception had to call out a plumber on a Saturday evening to unblock the toilet. Apparently, this was not the first time they had had a problem with that particular toilet and bath.
