Kein 4 Sterne Hotel

Leider kann ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Ich wollte eigentlich nur meinen Sohn zusätzlich mitnehmen und das Zimmer (natürlich mit Aufpreis) mindestens 10 Tage vorher wechseln. Ich hätte nur ca €35 drauf bezahlt inkl. Frühstück (und Handtücher😂). Ich hätte sogar von booking noch kostenlos eine Taxi Fahrt zum Hotel bekommen. Da die Managerin anscheinend meine Anfrage nicht verstehen wollte und überhaupt nicht einsichtig oder fair war, musste ich nicht nur im selben kleineren Zimmer für €45 mehr bleiben, sondern meinen Sohn bekam dafür nicht einmal Frühstück oder Handtücher. Ja wirklich, sie wollte sogar extra Geld für die Handtücher. Sogar das Abend Personal bei Ankunft hat es nicht geglaubt und sagte Handtücher sind umsonst. Das Frühstück ist keinen Stern wert und wenn man nicht als erstes da ist bekommt man im Keller auch keine Brötchen oder Saft mehr.
Egal was das Hotel hier drauf antwortet und ich nicht mehr mich rechtfertigen kann, könnt ihr mir glauben, ist es nur reiner Stress und lohnt sich nicht wirklich.

Very good.
Pros:

Superior room was very big, had 2 balconies, AC, slippers and bathrobes. Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, big tv. Everything worked. Staff in the reception and cleaning staff very nice. Close to the underground.

Cons:

The bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly, the floor was a little bit sticky and smelled a little. We did not bother to report it as we were out during the day and was there for a short stay.

Cons:

The lights in the room very dim! In the shower no shelve to be able to put a soap! No hanger for towels! They used the color black too much for the room! No international channels for the TV!

O alegere bună, dacă optezi pentru o cameră renovată.
Pros:

Amplasarea este foarte bună, camera și baia sunt de mărime peste medie, iar curățenia este corespunzătoare. Micul dejun nu este foarte variat, dar este suficient și destul de calitativ.

Cons:

Am primit o singură cartelă de acces, astfel încât, la plecarea din cameră, nu am putut lăsa climatizarea pornită. Aerul condiționat era setat la o intensitate redusă, astfel încât au fost necesare câteva ore până când camera a ajuns la o temperatură confortabilă pentru dormit. Lumina din baie este destul de slabă.

Hotel on posizione ottima per visitare la città.

Cons:

La suite era grande ma sprovvista di tende oscuranti. Il condizionatore era solo nel soggiorno e in camera non si sentiva.

Cons:

Verouderde hotel met tal van mankementen en personeel die je amper ziet laat staan helpt. Een groot reclame spandoek voor het raam. Douche met schimmel, klein verouderde tv, koffie op de kamer wordt niet bijgevuld, ontbijt trekt op niets, het is teveel dat ze een poot uitsteken en vooral bij het opdienen van het ontbijt. De bedden waren wel ok.

Pros:

Posizionato molto vicino al centro e alla metropolitana, la stanza molto grande dotata di tutti i confort. Arredamento stile anni 50 ma piacevole, letti comodissimi con ottima disponibili di vari tipi di cuscini. Il fiore all’occhiello è Ghina la ragazza che ci ha accolto alla reception veramente carina e disponibile e pronta a risolvere ogni necessità dell’ospite.
